    I’m not sure how but your channel showed up in my feed. I’m back in early recovery. I mean as early as step one, again. I’m 54 and shot the hell out of 5 years of sobriety. Anyway, I’ve checked out a couple of your videos and appreciate them. I lost my gratitude and am going to get it back. I’m looking forward to watching your videos. Thanks!!!

      Hi Tim - First of all, I apologize for the delayed response. I'm in the midst of a move and it's been a struggle to keep up with my comments. I'm glad that you found my channel and you are enjoying the videos. It's definitely hard when you've achieved a substantial amount of time and then relapse, but try to focus on the fact that you are back on track and moving forward. The gratitude will come back eventually, just keep going...

    I cant do it, it sounds so artificial , less of a metta prayer and more like some American self help video , a bit "crystals,man" or " wow its totally like spiritual and cultural"
    all the people who come to Buddhism for the wrong reasons, like I did, I hope you stay for the right reasons, like I did
