my child developed a swollen testicle, UTI, and fever from these pull ups. i bought a pack a few weeks ago. and each time he would have an accident in the pants it would smell VERY strongly. making me think he was dehydrated, which was untrue. he had been drinking alot more than usual and urinating alot more than normal. come to find out the pull ups gave him a UTI (which is very hard for a little boy to get btw), one of his testicles swole up 3 times bigger than its normal size, my child was in pain just today we switched to the parents choice brand with the puppys on them and he is completely fine now. come to find out it was all a reaction to something they are putting in or on the diapers. it causes the urine to smell super strong along with causing chemical burns diaper rashes, uti, and now in my sons case a swollen testicle. PLEASE be careful with this brand. look at reviews about the diapers and the pull ups. many are adressing the horrible smell and chemical burns caused by them.
