    What a nice description by such a old woman. Very impressive. Most of the videos will be made by gymnasium and shows the exercise but in this video as explain by an old lady gives strength to the viewer that it's easy to maintain our body.

      Hello sir, women should not do yoga in their period cycle. They should do after the cycle ends. I have read it, lets see what Thr Yoga Institute team says.
      They can however do exercise but should avoid stomach exercises.

      I am too ....I do full yoga .... mainly hatha and it works .....I used to visit chiropractor and today I don't need to .....just take up yoga ....I do it alone not in group.....
