I am 52 with a wife, a pipsqueak, and a few rare exclusive garage queens. However, in hindsight it occurs to me I am watching my childhood bedroom wall posters come to life here in 4K. Haha, I'm 51, and I had both this Countach, and the 25th Anniversary Countach posters on my wall. As a kid, you couldn't tell me I wasn't gonna have one of these cars. But alas.. real life has a habit of crushing dreams like those.
That was the group of Porsches Adam LZ was in right before a truck ran into him head on. His car is the Purple GT3 RS, it's the 2nd one in line at 8:26.
I was there in my RS but not in that run group. This was from Friday the accident was on Saturday.
The passion they had back then for creating cars is unmatched

It's not like Lamborghini doesn't put as much work into their new cars im sure they love them just as much but when you have a certain style you can't differ to much especially with new cars
My first experience in a Countach was back in 1988. My old man was a exotic car mechanic in Scottsdale. The owner of the Countach was a buddy of my Dad and took me for a drive in it. At that moment I fell in love with the Lambo. It was white on tan. Side note: I also credit the movie Cannon Ball Run for the Lambo. You should look into the new Lambo Countach also. I guarantee that'll be a collector in no time.

I had a poster on my wall as a kid, but grew out of wanting one back then too and wanted a f40 instead. Amazing how dated they look when they were so futuristic to me back in the day. Seeing the interior now reminds me of a 80s camaro lol.

It really makes you appreciate how far cars have come in the last 25 years! I myself love older Detroit muscle, I own a 1970 Chevelle with a 598 cubic inch monster stroker motor, but I'd never even consider driving it across country. But for my everyday vehicle I drive a 2021 Silverado, that's like driving a 4 wheel drive Cadillac with how far they've come. The Lamborghini also holds a place in my heart from when I was younger. However, I'd really love for a chance to drive a Vector if there's any left out there, I haven't seen one of those in over 20 years now.
