I think the lady victim you spoke to thought you were scamming when you offered her the $100 back. She very quickly shut it down. They must be so scared everytime the phone rings. You're doing an amazing thing , carry on and get these f****ers 🙏❤️

@@Westsideauditor1469 the scammer themselves are trying to give her money that's how they scammed her in the first place, so probably hearing I'll give you money again scared her. That was my thought. Hopefully she got it back from the bank or Amazon did something to help. She did say the bank and Amazon are taking care of things so hopefully they did.

I think it is actually good for the old lady. It is painful and sad, but this lady most likely not fall for another scam that easily. A different way would have been more pretty, but at least she seems to be kind of safe for now.

I think the FBI should have a room of people doing this 24/7. The only thing they could change is instead of deleting files they should be planting viruses like Stuxnet. And honestly maybe the federal government or governments around the world are doing this. If not, get to it.

it would be awesome if they could, but i dont think its a good look for the US government to go around destroying the computers of people from around the world. these Indian scammers certainly deserve it and i wouldn't complain a bit if they were, but i dont think thats a realistic tactic for an enforcement agency

I got a car insurance scam 2 years ago. Funny thing was that I didn't have a car. They hung up after that info was leaked. 5 years before that, IRS scam. Little 14 year old mind was going crazy with fear

I really love your videos. I am disabled and old enough to have fallen for some of these if I hadn't seen your videos. I have made sure all my friends and relatives know about the scams. I started watching CZcams a couple of years ago and your channel was one of the first I subscribed to. Thank you for all you do.
One of my (retired) great-aunts fell play to a scammer a few years ago. Her son and one of her grand-sons are in that industry and tried to explain the concept of it to her, but she couldn't understand it. She isn't disabled or has any mental issues, she just couldn't get her head round it. Not as in she couldn't understand people scamming her, but how the scammers did all this from thousands of miles away. My family set up the various anti-viral software on her phones and laptop so she won't receive any more scam calls, but she'll never see that money again. As other people in the comments have said, despite them telling her it would be fine, she was still wary about picking up the phone for months after, even if she recognised the caller ID.😭
I am a 68 years old woman and then probably one of these "elderly ladies" scammers love to call. I have been binge watching these videos now with great delight and I love your invaluable work. I have myself been bothered with scammers calling me but I have of course not fallen for their lies and tricks as I have been working as an engineer and with computers for over 30 years and know what I shouldn't do. And now I don't bother to answer their calls any longer. I have subscribed to your channel and become a member. Thank you so much for your great effort 🎉🍺
i hope they stop calling you, if the same number calls you over and over again you can start saying “do you know scammer payback?” its horrifying for them and they might start cursing and maybe theyll stop! or you can block their number!
@@xen301 i don't take the phone anymore if it is a number I don't know 😊. I just let it ring until it stops and check the numbers afterwards. And I block each number if it is a stranger's number. They don't ring as often now as they used to 😁

Hey man, there's also lots of people scamming through FB Marketplace, too. We got ripped off of $500 through Zelle trying to sell a couch in a similar way. We're in the process of trying to get our money back through the fraud department of our bank. Shits fucked up. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for doing this!❤️🤘

Sadly the new scam they have is a voice activated message when calling mobiles about being charged for Norton or from other companies for their services but you need to press a number to connect the call, if it goes to voice mail then nothing is recorded... Had so many & it's a pain in my a$$ to the point that I'm also missing important phone calls :( Thanks so much for your dedication to stopping these people & trying to save others from the scams they are trying to make monies out of.

I just started watching your videos a few weeks ago. I ran across one and now I have hrs and hrs of videos I have seen.What you and your team of supporters are doing is amazing. Your channel is so great! Also all the people that have been taking by those crooks is disgusting. But you going and giving them the money that they were scammed is so great. Your a very amazing man. I was just telling my wife that I want to start helping your channel with as much cash I can donate when I can afford it but keep of you good work. Netflix should get you on a fully funded show to take them down and have a large budget for you to get these guys and keep helping people I think a TV show would do great and I know it would be a top Netflix show for sure . Not a normally vengeful person, but I love that you do this. These people have something missing in themselves, good to see them getting hit and having a taste of their own medicine served up to them.

I've had all my personal info stolen thanks to the VA. So I'm always being hacked. And since I've been scammed before, I'm always on guard for scams. I received some of these type of calls. I just tell them if there's a real problem I'll call the number on the back of the card. And talk to them. It's saved me a lot of grief.

You just cleared something up for me. You said they pay to have their "support" number put on top when you search for it. Microsoft scammers got me (so ashamed, I am) a few years back, and when I hung up with them, and called Microsoft to fix it legitimately, it sounded like his cousin. Now I know how. Thank you.

I've taken her ne off her now as she falls for everything as she has dementia. and I'll pretend to be her and lead them on for an hour lol. But they ring like 10 times a day and so many scam emails. And text. It's crazy

@@Zedsta yeah that's exactly what's happening to my mum keeps getting phone calls from foreign people saying her computer has been compromised/infected thing is she doesn't have a computer/pc yeah she's got a tablet I've told her don't listen to them just hang up there calling on a daily basis

Has anyone ever tried saying "yes" when they ask if you purchased that on your Amazon account? What will they do then?
They just hang up, the whole plot is for people to say they didn't order that thing. A friend keeps getting calls like this and she tells them she ordered the thing, so they hang up. I only had a couple of them, scam calls where i currently live are pretty rare, so when i get one, i just try to annoy them. They haven't gotten me or anyone in the family yet, but i learn a lot from these scam baiting videos. My grandma almost lost everything through a church like scam, people pretending to being priests and making false documents, my mom figured it out just in time to cancel all that crap, and my grandma kept her money and her house.
