I was there and none of the ladies were elderly. Middle aged, yeah but not elderly. We had a blast in Tampa.
It isn't justice. Losing 2 Weeks of time is nothing compared to losing life savings. They will keep doing it because its basically a clap on the wrist.

I worked in an incoming call centre for a bank. I was horrified by the amount of calls from people who had been scammed or were on the verge of being scammed. You guys are awesome seriously so so excited

Other companies would be wise to do this. It would protect their reputation. And it would be a great effort it lowering bandwidth use for everybody. When the pipes are clear, everyone's internet could be a lot better.

Huge respect to you brother, Even though I am not from your country it genuinely upsets me because of what these people do and how they make your culture and race look bad to those who are ignorant Around the world who They think you are all like this.. I just wanted to remind you that most of us over in North America know that it's a small Fraction of your society who are like this and that they are not liked by the rest of your country for the shame they bring... My first time traveling was to India and I loved it; I had never left Canada and was always just a negative person assuming that I wouldn't be welcome in another person's own country. I assumed that simply because I was from Canada ,People would think I'm rich or even well off.. even though I'm barely able to pay rent and my bills and I definitely don't have any luxuries in my life. But I ended up staying in India for over 3 months because the people that I met in those first 2 weeks were so amazing and took time to show me around and even welcomed me to sleep at their home.. i felt so loved.. so instead of continuing on to 2 other locations I had planned for my 4 month trip i instead stayed in india, and it was the best experience i had in my life. 🇨🇦🤝🏼 🇮🇳

The collab with AnyDesk and banning the scammers was the most badass thing I've ever seen. Even funnier when I saw the AnyDesk uniform guy participating in baiting. One of the best scambaiting events I've ever seen.
When we were kids we were warned by our parents not to talk to strangers. No we have to tell our parents not to send money to strangers!
Faaaacts. My folks have been scammed a couple times and I'm just so confused, after the childhood training, how and why they would trust a disembodied voice on the phone.

Also not to give out family members phone numbers without permission or informing them. That’s how I got scammed. My mum’s card wasn’t working online, so I used mine. Then my so called bank called, little did I know they’d phoned my mum first and she’d given them my phone number. I really believed it was my bank because they’re really quick in the fraud department. And my phone number is very private. So they took every last penny I had. When they hung up I felt it was odd, so called the fraud team and they handled it quickly. They got caught, thankfully.
@@hugh_jasso There weren't scammers when they were raising you. I am still sharp enough, I know what not to do. If I am feeling feisty and get an incoming call I may play with them and waste their time, but *NEVER* give information. As I age from here on out and scammers get more creative, I can't promise it will stay that way... :(

My mother was scammed. None of my brothers caught this. She was living with them. Called me up. I had to get all her accounts closed and transferred, but not before damage was done. She did it on my one brother’s computers! In revenge, they threw a virus and the idiot brother downloaded it! So after getting all her finances fixed, I had to get idiot’s computer to a reputable person to fix this also. So happy you are taking these azzes off line! I’m now on disability. Once I get some medical bills paid off, I’ll start supporting you financially.

Hi Sir i know one of the scammer in india who is rich now scamming since last 10years and i have some data that i want to share.
Its what I expected tbh. Scammers seem like the type to be fat asses sitting around all day stuffing their faces with gross snacks with little to no clothing. theyre like discord mods that way.

I no longer do business in Canada with any Indians that move here because Indian + Scam is as normal as saying Canadian +Hockey or Maple Syrup... Wish youd all go the F home cause all they do is complain here....why leave India if its so bad in the west? I do contracting and my god the cheapness and unwillingness to pay...literally had us examine with a lawyer if we can refuse business without being called out for Racism or some left wing BS law.. the $5000 spent on the lawyer will save me $500,000 in my lifetime. I trust an Iranian, Russian, Chinese, Afghani or North Korean faster than i would an Indian.... Sorry but its just facts from 10 years of business.
Good to hear you're on the right side. One thing you can do in India is help elect officials who aren't corrupt and don't look the other way on crime like this, because too many do. More pressure on this illegal activity should be coming from the Indian government than scambaiters, yet I don't think that's the case.

I was never sure which remote desktop app to use and had just been sticking to TeamViewer out of habit, but after seeing AnyDesk not only support and help run this take-down but also sacrifice some of their business to do the right thing, it's made my choice clear, and I'll be sure to recommend them to my friends and clients going forward. Good on the whole team for this amazing progress!

I love you people! I work in digital marketing and have many clients who are not tech savvy. They are constantly bombarded with scammers via their website forms and social media, and occasionally fall for it before i can intercept, which makes me so angry! It's very cathartic watching you do what you do. Thank you.

I work at a pharmacy that sells gift cards, I've become something of a local champion of the people--I've stopped over 50 victims of this type of scam-work. I only hope your message reaches more than just people who answer their phones, but also retail employees.
I know my contribution isn't much, but it feels good to know there are so many more of you all fighting the good fight too!

yep i worked in retail for 7 years an i cant count how many times i haved stoped someone from bying appel giftcard for 10.000 - 15.000 who said that they whare told to send it to someone
Keep up the good work. I like to shut down text scammers by reporting their webites to their ISPs. They don't text me anymore. I think they know that texting me a link is a bad idea now. LOL. If you get texted a link never click on it. Even if it's from someone you know. Stay safe!

My grandmother was scammed for over $60,000 at a time when none of this was going on. I fully support what y'all are doing. Thank you.
Yeah part of me feels bad because it's often poor people having to resort to doing something immoral, but the fact that people like your grandmother are being targeted is just unforgivable.
Channels like this have helped me identify scammers and stopped a scam in progress at my work.

Your mother is a wh*re!" when they were trying to steal the life savings of a confused elderly person, and it's usually someone who has no source of significant income or backup savings. That's just...evil. No conscience whatsoever.

I had someone try to scam me today from India. Luckily I knew about this channel and caught on the second they asked me to download onlydesk. I had a problem with my Macbook and Googled "Apple support number" and made the mistake of clicking the top number, which was a paid AD. It's immoral how Google allows these people to advertise. Be careful people.
Thank you so much for doing this my parents have been scammed for the second time this year after they got displaced after being flooded out just before Christmas and they lost everything as in there belongs. Then a long came the scammers and took about $11,000 . My mum is 85years old and my dad is 90 years old. So it is so nice to see someone hitting back at them. We are from Australia 🇦🇺 and you really don’t get any help from anyone here when this stuff happens. So thank you from the bottom of my heart ♥️ I really appreciate you helping the people you do

There are so many scammers out there still acting scammer crimes on poor victims. Scammers from Africa, Asia and East Europe.
We’re always told to be afraid of hackers, but seeing them in their hoodies with their faces covered going after criminals really makes me feel good.

I almost got fooled Years ago, when it was still kinda new before Covid, luckily my parents knew about it and they told me it was a scam, not everyone is as lucky. You guys are doing some AMAZING work!

I'm over 40, I get spooked tapping my debit cars because it doesn't ask for my pin. Which I think is conveniently stupid. I really salute people defending against scammers. I'm not tech savvy at all. This is great stuff.

My husband who has mild dementia was scammed a couple of years ago. Fortunately I was able catch him....doing 100mph....to stop him from buying Walmart gift certificates for them. I closed our accounts.....took his drivers license....and cut up his cards to the new accounts. For whatever reason it did not sink in to his brain. They would call continually and I would have to yell at him to hang up. I found your site and turned it on. I made him watch time and again. Then one day he said "that's what they did to me". Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh finally. He now recognizes the calls and hangs up. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I highly recommend using the hiya app to block those calls. I've been using it now for 3 yrs. Small yearly prescription and I never "receive" those kind of calls anymore. I love it and highly recommend it. My dad almost got scammed. I sent him links to several scam baiters and he now knows what to watch out for. There's also now I seen that gas pump skimmers can be detected via Bluetooth. I highly recommend looking into that and keep spreading the word (CZcams links) to get the word out. Education on this matter is definitely key.
I would absolutely love to be involved in this. Great team, great morals, and just straight justice. If you ever need any scam baiters for a Canadian centre, I'll be hitting you guys up.

What they are doing is questionably legal probably not a great idea.
Something that would really help is an agreement with the indian government to extradite scammers to the US. Thats something that many criminals fear more than death
@@YOSSARIAN313 How come? What exactly is can be illegal in that? They have support of AnyDesk (so you can say they are making sure their soft is used correctly) as well as Law Enforcement (as they made it possible to intercept packages)

I work for the customer service of a top american bank and hearing the customers call in once they’ve been a victim is traumatic. Thank you for saving so many people from these people.
You should reach out to AnyDesk or bring it up to your higher ups and see if there is anything you can assist with! I’m sure money-laundering happens often within your company as unfortunately there’s not much we can do to stop it as hard as we try. Maybe Pierogi or AnyDesk has some ideas in mind to decrease money-laundering?

After watching this, I would say America is not as bad and divided as mass media are portraying it.
