people tends to keep that old thought that MacBooks are bad in terms of graphic architecture but actually since they released the apple silicon they improved a lot that section. btw it stills being a computer that it's not made for only gaming and yes it's expensive but if you have the money it's worth it take my word.

The Unified RAM got you covered. With that set up, the machine can dynamically allocate RAM to different parts of the machine when needed. For example, say you have 16GB of total RAM. & your game only needs 2GB for game logic (physics, A.I. etc). Then 12GB of RAM can be used for graphics. It’s an over simplified way of explaining it. But this way is much more efficient.

No. u still asking? The mac is only good if u do like travel alot like once a month its basic spec so u can pretty much work on the laptop but even thinkpad can do that and only if u needed laptop that has good battery, this laptop is shit for gaming its equivalent to gtx 1650 on pc.

I did the same upgrade yesterday from M1 to M3 Pro. Huge difference in performance. 120 hz is game changer on Mac
