This is a Khayal composition in the night Raag Jog. It is in Ektaal, a 12-beat cycle in ‘Raudra Rasa’, which denotes the aesthetic flavour of anger or fury. It is composed by Arnav’s Guru Pandit Bholanath Mishra, a top-grade, staff artist of the All India Radio and a respected vocalist of the Benares Gharana tradition of Indian classical music.
