Great work, dont go with RWcarbon unless you want to have to cut your heatshield, I've still got to resolve that problem

From the rear I think some darker tail lights would looks amazing. I wonder if there are any more modern looking options
They make LCI and GTS style ones, but if you want a darker color then a tint would be your best option.

If it's really stubborn yes that can work. Just clean it all off before the eraser wheel and don't let it stay on there too long.

Hey Fritz! do you know where's the best place to sell my 2016 M235i? It's currently at 60k miles and I did so much preventive maintenance (diff fluid flush, transmission flush, brake fluid, coolant flush, gaskets replaced, charge pipe, BM3 stage 1 tune and oil change every 5k miles) and took such good care of my car that I feel like I'll be getting ripped off by selling it through carvana, carmax or any dealerships. Thanks in advance!
