The lost train of Konkan Railways - 11086 Madgaon LTT Double Decker Express. After operating for a few years, the train was canceled because of poor demand. This train was truly a delight for all the railfans. During it's early days the train used to be hauled by KYN WDP3A's then came the single KYN alco link then the KYN WDP4D and lastly the Kalyan twin alcos. This train will be remebered, forever.

Why were there normal coaches too behind?

The remaining coaches are 3AC coaches. They were probably added to increase the occupancy of the train.

@@anishlachke oh ok don't know when that happened! When I had travelled it had just 8 DoubleDecker coaches

@vedantt2863 yes, earlier it had only Double decker coaches. Later the decided to reduce the dd coaches and added the 3AC coaches.
