Everywhere I go people ask me to bring this. It’s my new signature dish. I love it so much. I do have a question about how much flour is needed. One of the ingredients when I printed it is in ml instead of grams. The rest are grams. So mine is not the same consistency as yours. I made some today and it’s a mess. Yet I’ve made it so good so many times. My absolute favorite recipe of yours so far. I love them all and have tried so many but this is a repeat I make all the time.
It should be the same in grams or ml for the milk. :) Traditionally liquid measurements are always shown in mL instead of grams. But can be shown both ways.
If you edit your videos and create thumbnails and do SEO then your videos will go viral very quickly because SEO is the main reason behind a video going viral.
Yes I know all about that. I have several videos with over 1 million views and rank in top 3 of search. :) I have been doing this a very very long time.
Not my exact words but a great explanation from Bon Appetit - "Many recipes need both kinds of reactions to achieve the intended overall balance of flavor and texture, which is why you'll often see both baking soda and baking powder in a recipe. Even though the ingredients are both adding air during the baking process, they're complements, not substitutes."
You just add chocolate around the sides of the mold of choice and harden it then add marshmallow fluff and peanut butter and cover with more chocolate and let that set. If you made a video about it I would be so happy 😃Keep up the good work !

It’s the milk. I always measured in grams. Now that I know I can do better. It’s good with milk in grams though. 😂

Hi Matt, may I ask why you add a mix of powder and soda rather than just one or the other?
