Does it grate feta cheese?
I guess it depends on the feta. The feta I am used to is just crumbled and not grated. If you get a black of feta, I don't see why this wouldn't grate it.
a cleaner way to drain the whey is to put the curds in a square of cheesecloth or linen/ calico - some clean nd porous cloth gather it into a sack shape and twist the top until it squeezes the whey out, do this over a bowl ten let it hang or sit long enough to set into a shape and you got a mozzaball
Yes, I have another video that shows how to use a cheese cloth. This video is meant to be without a lot of extra stuff needed. But if you already have a cheesecloth or want to buy one, definitely use it.
I would have put the pudding in a pipng bag.

You need a little whisk for that! 🙂
You can use a whisk if you want to dirty another utensil. The spatula works better because it has more surface area and helps to make the chocolate as smooth as possible.

Yeah I have seen them at mine, no fancy packaging, and smaller, and cheaper, but still about 2 to 3 times as much as a regular pineapple.
I mixed into the egg some diced hatch chilies and used crisped hickory smoked spam and jack cheese.

It isn't dirt that is a "marble" style silicone spoon. It is the pattern.

It means you got a little better yield. The clearer the better. So nothing to worry about, that is a good thing!

Yes that is very expensive. I can still find them for around $2.50 each when they are in season. So much better to grow them haha, if you live in a place where they will grow.

What if i dont have cornmeal?
You can't make actual corn dogs without cornmeal. If you have popcorn kernels, you can grind those up to make cornmeal.
Why the brown paper bag? Why not a bowl?
The brown paper bag works better and imitates the microwave popcorn from the store which comes in bags.

If I’m using baking soda how much should I use
Baking soda does not work as well for this recipe. But if that is all you have, use 1 tsp of baking soda.

Try using regular processed coconut oil. It does not taste like coconut. Crisco brand is great! I dislike coconut taste as well.
This doesn't have a coconut taste. As long as the coconut oil is processed it should be fine, the brand doesn't matter. The brand used in this video is Kroger.
I am concerned it will taste like the powdered milk. I made ice cream using a recipe that had powdered milk in it and it looked so creamy and smooth but i had to throw it out because of that awful powdered milk taste.
Doesn't have any powdered milk taste. Actual real milk chocolate is made with powdered milk. Ice cream is different.
Was that a fork in a frying pan?
Yes if you know what you are doing you don't scratch the pan. I never scratch my pans. Use a wooden spoon/fork or silicone whisk if you want or are nervous about using a fork.
I did not know that they discontinued this particular model, because I was under the impression they still make it, and that the only place to find it, would be through wearing pros website. I know that the only place that you will find these and use, is hotels where a complementary continental breakfast is served And guests make their own waffles. The only flip Belgian style waffle maker that which is around, is made by Presto. It’s called the Presto flipside Belgian style waffle maker model number 3510. This is a compact version. So it is not heavy duty like wearing. Are you sure that they discontinued it? Are you sure that wearing discontinued this product? I did not start seeing these different machines until 10 years ago when I would go to hotels for conferences and stay overnight and in the morning have a continental breakfast that where we would make our waffles. Doesn’t sell out of this machine in too many stores. And so that the best place to buy it would be from their website. They also sell it on walmart.com. Only that Walmart Directly does not sell it, a biased third-party sells it and that they jack up the price. To me, $80 is not that expensive, Cuisinart makes a model identical to your model, only it does not have an audible signal. I rely on audible signal . Are you sure discontinued the model? That would be stupid on their part, because it is by far the most popular one I have seen anyway. The only other one identical to it, would be the Presto flipside Belgian style waffle iron model number 3510 that which I might have to get if this one is definitely discontinued. I love your recipe though anyway thank you.

I can’t stand peanut butter or peanuts in cooking / cakes /chocolate bars what do you suggest as an alternative? (I do eat salted / roasted peanuts , just don’t like them ‘mucked about’)
Use almond butter or any other nut butter for this recipe.

I used ALDI whole milk, ended up being the taste and consistency of cream cheese. I’ll have to explore this process a little more with some better milk from a local co-op.
Check the milk carton, most likely it says homogenized on it. Homogenized milk does not work well with this recipe. It needs to be raw milk or just plain pasteurized milk that isn't homogenized and not ultra-pasteurized. This other method/recipe would work well with you ALDI milk I am guessing: czcams.com/video/05DTxYaH0YQ/video.html Also, make sure you use a thermometer so you don't heat the milk too high.

Is it humid where you live? It is super dry where I live, so I don't really have that problem, you can just leave them out at room temp. Don't store them in a plastic bag, use an airtight container like Tupperware.

You did it incorrectly. When done correctly, these are amazing. And if you are young, you need help from someone older whenever working with hot oil.

Can you make those a day ahead
I don't recommend it but it is doable. They do not take very long to make at all about 45 minutes start to finish. The issue is the puff pastry will get a little soggy. You can get away with baking the puff pastry the evening before you want them. And just keep them dry. Then the next day make the filling, prep the strawberries, and assemble them. That will cut down on the time. But fully made ones don't taste as good the next day, but they are still good.

I understand the Waring Pro waffle iron you have, is the best, as it only requires a cup of batter, has a drip tray down below, in case the batter becomes excessive and it'll beep to tell you when it is ready to add the first waffle. And it'll beep again to tell you when each waffle is done. Are you a professional at this? I have to admit I cannot find this particularly waffle iron for cheap, not even on Amazon! I love your waffle recipe, even though I would use a modified version with buttermilk, instead of regular milk, nut flour or whole wheat flou and instead of sugar, I would use monk fruit sweetener, as it is not only much healthier and safer to consume than sugar, but also it has the exact same properties of sugar. Not that I'm on the keto diet or anything, but because I have type 2 diabetes. And even though I have diabetes, I am also am at risk for hypoglycemia. So to avoid blood sugar spikes, I use monkfruit sweetener whenever I can. I tried the sugar free syrups, that which are watery and make the pancake or waffle soggy! So, for that reason, I will use regular syrup, but I will use Vermont style maple syrup, but only enough to cover the waffle but not so much to drown it in there.
Yes this waffle iron is absolutely amazing. It is a shame they stopped producing this model. I bought it years and years and years ago at Bed Bath and Beyond, back then it was only like $80. But still that was pretty expensive for a waffle iron even 15 years ago. Yeah monkfruit is great.
Can we replace the coconut oil with olive oil or other vegetable oil
No those others oils will not work very well, but you can always try it. The reason why coconut oil works is it is semi-solid when it is cold unlike the others. The best thing to use is cocoa butter because that is what is in chocolate and it is hard at room temp and colder temps.
