    This 22 Minute Yoga Nidra Deep Relaxation is a Meditation guided by Ally Boothroyd of Sarovara Yoga. You can think of this Yoga Nidra is like a little reset for your mind. This guided yoga nidra includes relaxing music (binaural beats) to enhance the deep state of relaxation. This type of meditation also aids deep relaxation, non sleep deep rest, and for those who need it, sleep.
    Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that uses a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This yogic sleep technique calms the nervous system and activate the parasympathetic (relaxation, rest & digest) response which is so needed in these current times.
    This 22 Minute is a guided deep relaxation meditation. In this yoga nidra guided meditation to relax you will be guided through a body scan to calm the nervous system, It’s a 22 minute yoga nidra guided relaxation to reboot your whole nervous system.       Ugh I was doing this daily on my hospital night shift then people ruined it by coming into the space I did it in. I don't have many spaces to go and now some guy comes to take a crap same time I take my breaks and coworker has the locker room at his break. Diff time. I just use these vids now at home for a quick nap or in my car

    I've been practicing with you for 10 months now - today I had a new experience. At some point I started to feel a buzzing, tingling, energy flowing through my whole body and this sensation just stayed with me and kept energizing me. I'm still feeling all invigorated and happy right now. : )
    I love nadhi shodhana and the focus that this session put on it. Thank you so much, Ally, you are a gift. ❤️

    Wow, something in your energy today was slightly different, difficult to put it into words.. but it helped me so much to stay with and in my body and each little part of it.. 🙏
    I do your nidra’s 3 times a day now since 1,5 years now, and I could somehow feel more energy / confident focus in your energy.. I don’t know.. maybe you recognize it.. I loved it ❤️

    I often struggle with insomnia. This particular nsdr practice saves my day when I don’t get enough sleep at night. I feel so invigorated afterwards. It’s been a year I’m practicing this a few days a week. I’m so grateful I found you.

    I have MS. I've practiced yoga for years to manage my symptoms, but came to yoga nidra only a few months ago after reading about it. Yours was the page that came up when I first searched and I've been practicing several times a week since, always with you. Your voice is so calming.
    My nervous system is always overstimulated with signals getting crossed and too many pain signals to process. This is the first thing I've found that actually can calm all of it and make me able to FEEL my whole body! I struggle to be totally 'in' my body, but these yoga nidra practices help me to do just that. It's exactly what I've been looking for forever.     I suffered a TBI in a motorcycle accident a year ago. I just started a new round of doctors. Telling one of the doctors about temper fits he recommended Yoga Nidra. I found you through the Hubberman Lab and in a short time I am already seeing improvements. Thank you

    Today, I am fasting and found myself heightened and in a keto state, so I did not fall asleep like I did on Monday when I tried to listen to this video. It was actually really great and rewardful. I feel more relaxed and aware of my body, I also feel rested.
    There is a pressure in my stomach from hunger and salivation though that is normal. I do this monthly to help my body maintain its balance and health. I felt a sense of sadness when you lead the consciousness of the hands though that may be a personal thing I am going through though still interesting.

    Ally, good day to you. I did very much enjoy this yoga nidra practice. Some days the shorter practice is helpful. My favorite breathing exercise you lead was where I allowed that I could breath in through my right palm, traveling up my arm directly into my heart. I pause for a moment then exhale through my left arm and out my palm. The next breath began from the left palm through my arm directly to my heart, pausing then exhaling down my right arm and out of the right palm. This practice felt so grounding and healing to my heart and nervous system. I sometimes us it when I have been triggered by a life event and need to center myself in my heart. Thank you ☺️ 🙏

    New to Yoga Nidra, it has been the best meditation for me so far. I have experienced extreme panic attacks and trauma through out my life.     I heard Chris Evans talking about you on Virgin Radio a few days ago - maybe, Wednesday. That evening I played one of your sleep sessions and in the morning I woke early so I listened to this one and that day I finally felt awake, alert and able to cope with life again after being unwell with Covid! I’m a trainee teacher and all week I’d been feeling exhausted and doubting whether I could cope with standing up in front of a class of teenagers. Well thanks to you I did it that morning and felt mentally resilient and in contol. Thank you! I’m now trying to practice every morning.

    I am doing yoga nidra since my first pregnancy two years ago and it really helps me to fallus asleep faster, relax during the day and get some rest when adrenaline levels are too high. This is one of my favourite sessions. Thanks for sharing this.

    I’m feeling so refreshed and energized following this practice. I really like the alternate nostril breathing and found myself really focusing on it.
    This is not one of the yoga Nidra practices from the TT as I didn’t have my list with me today.

    I'm thankful to practice, particularly in the morning to start my day. Especially when my thoughts are scattered. This practice settles me into a more peaceful, sense of well-being. Sets the movement for my day. I am thankful. ❤

    I am very much enjoying doing this when I get home from work. My only suggestion is if you could use pictures or descriptive titles that differ more, it would be easier to tell which ones I particularly liked and wanted to do again. They’re all so similar, I have no idea which one is which in my playlist any longer…. 😊

    I've been using your yoga nidra to heal a C5 C6 medial nerve injury and to deeply relax from memories of trauma which re-presented during Covid. Your meditations give my mind a sense of deep peace, thank u Ally, Namaste xo

    Thanks so much! Sometimes I really have trouble sleeping and last night was one of them, and I got up feeling awful and run down. Doing this really help to reset my body and mind a bit and help me feel rested even though I didn’t sleep very well. Thanks again😌

    I so so appreciate your U tube yoga Nidra practice. I live in NZ in one of the areas severely impacted by cyclone Gabrielle. We were without connectivity for several days when I really needed to relax. So good to have Internet again and join you. Thank you Ally.
