PS from my experience I can say that being vegan in France (outside of the big cities) is somewhat more difficult than being vegan in the Netherlands, but not so difficult, by far, that it is not doable.

The average person doesn't have 100% of the fault for what goes on in the slaughterhouse. Some of the blame clearly lies with the people building and running slaughterhouses. I agree we should stop it, but the thing has too much momentum and won't easily be stopped.

Is the consumer 50% at fault, and the producer then 50% at fault? Is the consumer 80% at fault, and the producer at 20% fault? Is it the other way around? I would think that the producers should be held accountable for the way that they run their animal produce factories, and I'm highly bewildered by the fact that they aren't held accountable.
