It was high in the beg of her career but wasn't that high as it would be few years later. And now in 2023 she's just a loud high voice and I love it. That's how u know she's doing something right, if your voice is still getting higher including your tessitura.

I think when she was younger, her Philly accent was stronger. It softened as she got older. She sounds the same mostly.
