The reporting is a bit suspicious. Whatever we may deserve and it is usually harsher than we receive, attempted murder / murder won't fix things. I hope the PM recovers quickly.

I don't know much about politics in Slovakia. Would any native like to share with me your thoughts about your prime minister? Both positive and negative opinions are ok. I'm just genuinely curious, cause when there is an assassination attempt, it's either the victim is an oppressor or a visionary who makes changes for the good.
It doesn't let me write comments, but I have very negative opinion. I will try to explain.
2. We get money from European Union. We got millions to improve our educational systems. Colleges and universities in the end recieved exactly 0 euros. All the money went to shady companies with 1 employee, false adress and bank account in Cyprus.
3. A lot of people around him are suspected from corruption. A lot of them even convicted. Recently he disbanded those who were investigating him. And lowered sentences for corruption too.
4. His government is going to replace state-owned media by their own which will just spread their propaganda. And just yesterday, 1 very brave TV reporter accused new owner of private TV channel, his employer, of censoring news about the current government. So it is quite shocking they own even the biggest media now.
5. His party does very shady bussiness. We had probably the most expensive toll system in the world. And the most expensive national website in the world. Paid 1 billion for it and it never worked properly. Meanwhile Czech students did it for their government for about 10 000 and it was more modern and worked perfectly.
