during quarantine, it’ll be very easy to get shredded. with all your favorite restaurants and your gym closed, losing weight should be easy, so it’s a great time to get abs. however, if you want to get bigger you will NEED resistance training with weight. if you are a powerlifter for example, you can’t train without a gym. what this really means is that we need to learn to find satisfaction in the other avenues of training, and understand that bigger is not necessarily better

Quarantine has motivated me to exercise my weak body.
I've always been interested in exercise but never motivated enough or had time.
Now I do and I'm in a better mental state without the stress of school on my shoulders and family as much as before.
    Quarantine has helped me greatly😊

I have been doing natural based workout. Fundamental strength exercises concludes of; push ups, pull ups, squats/lunges, planks/leg raise, and cardio. The additional movement training helps. All you need to focus are the fundamental parkour movements. Doing crawling, jumping, landing, running, climbing, swimming, and lifting. It also helps to practice archery, diy's and crafts, and low intense exercises.
