Thank you for the nice info, in primary PCI ,Do you fix the culprit lesion or the culprit vessel??
eg:If we have tandem lesions in a culprit artery before or after the culprit lesion, would you fix them all in index primary PCI?

My cath lab ,we dont have OCT
So can we use IVUS ?

Sure, I think IVUS also can find the plaque rupture, and dissection, but it is less clear than OCT to find the thrombosis TCFA, and erosion.
