My first thought while watching this.
I was a Firefighter in Westchester County just outside NYC on Sept 11. I still can't handle the bag pipes 20 years later the instant I hear them tears start to flow!!!

This is what America is all about a beautiful baseball game and excellent stadium and Marines coming out dressed in uniform and the police band playing bagpipe for the opening of the game this is the way it should be I don't know why why they changed it was their parade there's no more pride in America we always went to St Patrick's day parade and watch the march of 5th avenue and play bagpipe music we always had it in the house listen to that type of music and Irish music have a couple drinks maybe Irish coffee and talked about the good old days we have to start doing this again start writing to your Congress people and tell them bring back America back again 🇺🇸💯❤️🇨🇮🍀⭐

I was driving north on I-95 around 3am when i passed the twin towers heading home to long island. I woke my wife up and said check out the towers there light up tonight.. she snapped a pic and fell back to sleep.
She called me later that morning and told me to turn on the news. The second plane just hit the towers...

@@petesy03 an adopted tartan. the name collins is english in origin not irish. i,m very much a proud scot by the way. when ur at a st patricks day event (st patrich was welsh) and ur having a pint of guinness , well thats an english stout. stout being an english word. it,s original name was called entire, but known coll as porters stout because all the porters in the markets drunk it. it became so popular in ireland it was affecting sales of guinnesses own beer so he either bought the recipe or stole. any way english stout. now, when ur having ur wee jamiesons irish whisky chaser enjoy because jamieson was a scotsman(hence the name) who went over to ireland to manage a distillery already built and owned by another scot called stein. both of them were married into the haig family (also scottish) who had two or three distilleries in ireland. the worlds oldest whisky stll is in scotland. then, .u go to ur irish ceili at night . well, cealieghs are scottish in origin , not until 2 irishmen in the late 1800s when they got invited to one and then introduced them to ireland. there was no irish music til the late 50s early 60s when the irish bands like the clancys and the dubliners came on the scene and adopted the scottish style. many famous irish songs like danny boy are not irish just adopted by the irish. irish music and fiddle music came from scotland. manny many irish song and fiddle tunes are actually scottish. many modern songs too. an irish music historian writes , and i quote ( we owe an irrapayable debt to to the scottish tradition). now, look up the word criac. thier latest adoption.
