So the bolts lined up and everything but the inner circle/diameter does not seat on the drift shaft like the OEM one did. What I mean is the inner the circle is bigger than the one on the OEM. Does this matter???? I just bought another flex disk since the pictures looked like the inner circle was smaller but its the same issue the circle is too big.
Did you not replace the center bearing of the drive shaft? I gotta do all this work but my center bearing needs replaced too :( can't find any videos :(
Did you have any issue with a driveline aftermath? I'm a little bit worried I will wack something out of alignment being so forceful with driveshaft. Thanks!
Yeah, the information here is great, but the presentation sucks. Sorry, BRO, the time lapse thing is fine, but you keep injecting the annoying music track. I'll give you a thumbs up because I learned something, but dude, scotch the tacky soundtracks. ok?
@@mochanical9413 some actual constructive criticism, background music is nice so maybe try lofi or something chill, just not super hype edm.. but what i would recommend is maybe do a voiceover of your experience with the job or tips for someone doing it with a little bit of lofi in the background so you dont have to talk the whole timelapse! appreciate the video! mine just shredded apart after 257k haha
About to dive in on this job on my LS400, this was greatly appreciated and helpful. Thank you, definitely subscribing
It’ll be well worth it! You’re welcome!
Thank you for making it so easy
You seem to be really knowledgable about the ls400. Make more maintenance vids man.

What are the symptoms of a bad flex disc?

I didn't replace the carrier bearing but I have done one before. It's not too bad of a job. You will need a specific puller.

No problems. There isn't a way to mess up alignment doing a job like this.
