    Saudi Arabia has the right to possess nuclear weapons whether Iran has it or not.

      Although this is off-topic (Nuclear weapons), which you shouldn't mix Politics and Economics (Despite the fact they're indispensable to each other).
      But I must note that, Riyadh already has an arsenal of nuclear warheads, domestically and internationally, at it's disposal.
      If anyone is trying to catch up, it's Iran not Saudi.
