Mark Kelly would be a good idea, a slightly riskier one but could generate big enthusiasm is Gretchen Whitmer from Michigan. Helps a critical state and would truly be a historic ticket. But some might be afraid of the idea of two women.. Will absolutely bring a ton of turnout and enthusiasm from young women voters though

AZ conservatives aren't likely to vote for Democrats at all. I think Kelly would be a very strong choice. A squeaky clean astronaut whose wife just happens to be the much-loved Gabby Giffords? The direct opposite of the Trump/Vance ticket. That's going to be hard to beat.

Think it’s Buttigieg, was on Bill Maher and he complements any of the women who are being brought up as nominees (Harris, Whitmer, M Obama who I think would be the strongest). I don’t mind the idea of Shapiro headlining but I need to learn more… Harris would be the ideal VP for him but I don’t think she’d stand down being this close to the top job.

MI and PA are the key swing states. Strategically I'm not sure which of the two. MI Gov got a double female ticket which defintely counts for swing votes. Shapiro though will be strong too. But that means losing a strong and popular Gov. and will the replacement be able to carry the state/votes too?

For victory, she needs to pick a Democratic Governor from a swing State. Pennsylvania and NC come to mine. NC Governor Cooper would be a smart choice for her. He is a moderate Democrat elected in a State dominated by a Republican-controlled legislature. Two liberals on the ticket would not get elected. She needs someone to balance her out. I am unsure of the PA Governor Shiparo, but the NC Governor can win over independents and anti-trump Republicans.

Barack Obama's experience would be ideal in such a short amount of time. His experienced eloquence would be able to mop up Vance's inexperienced eloquence. Harris could easily handle Trump. Obama would be a great support for Harris as he's already served two terms as president and can be in the supporting role for a change. All I know is that the Democrats don't have a lot of time to prepare. I think the American people would feel confident in these two running together.
