You shoul tell the people tha Starkey hearing aids do not connect to computers, unless they purchase aditional accesry worth more than $200.00. Phonax is differente, they can connect to all the device, incluse, 2 at the same time
You are correct, a TV streamer or Mic+ is an additional accessory required to pair Starkey aids to a PC. A technology needs assessment is recommended and should be discussed during the consultation for a hearing aid.
I just got mine - other noises are louder than when people talk to me. They still have to repeat themselves to me.

All i know am been serve deaf two ears and where 2 hearing aids all the money in the world's i till have to tell people repeat what you said
