Maybe next time you can do a video about that ;) )

My relative Marianne cooks better than any restaurant. 3) Spaten Haus has the best Bavarian cuisine (across from Zum Franziskaner. 4) I love 💕 speaking and hearing the Bavarian dialect. 5) Visit Augsburg the most Beautiful city in Germany and Europe

    It´s so funny to see how amazed the people are when they visiting München xD
    For locals like me it´s just "normal".
    But I think we Germans would be also amazed when we are visiting USA for the first time :)
    To visit USA someday, is still on my list :)
    Greetings from Munich
    ...by the way... the difference between "Weißbier-White Beer" and "normal beer" (which is also called "white/Helles" in German) is still one ingredient: wheat.
    White-Wurst/sausage should be eaten before 12:00 noon because 150 years ago the "poor" peolpe just ate this sausage and they should leave at latest 12:00 because in afternoon the "rich" one came to eat steaks etc. This custom is still in our minds :) And the fridge wasn´t also invented. That could be a reason, too.

    • @einundsiebenziger5488
      @einundsiebenziger5488 Před 2 lety

      Und genau wegen der Zutat Weizen ist die Übersetzung von "Weißbier" nicht "white beer", sondern "wheat beer". "Weiß" hat in diesem Zusammenhang nämlich nicht mit der Farbe zu tun. Schließlich gibt es auch dunkles Weißbier.

    Very touristy. Germans don’t sing like that and bang on tables these days as WW2 is over. I got to hand it to you, you did well with the free pork knuckle. I knew the minute you started eating that the owner would be back. All that beer makes for too many toilet visits. Lucky you made an escape.

    Good thing to explain how "Guten Tag" is pronounced, not such a good thing not to explain that this is expression is hardly used in Munich, or the whole state of Bavaria. You rather would say "Grüß Gott" (short for "be greeted by god") instead. Even atheist use it, because it's not a religious but a cultural matter.
