Barcelona should’ve looked at why he was so successful at Liverpool. They should’ve adapted their system instead of just loaning him out when it didn’t work. If they wasn’t planning on playing him in a system accustomed to him, then why did they buy him? It’s a shame that clubs spend that much money on a player and then just sell them or loan them out after a season. If you did that in the early 2010s you were bound to make it work. Real Madrid didn’t just sell Kaká even though he wasn’t what they were hoping for, at least they tried. It’s such a shame.
