How good was David Villa actually? #GOAT
New video about one of the most controversial and naturally talented players we've seen over the 2000's in football. In this episode we take on David Villa who played for Barcelona, Valencia and Atletico de Madrid for most of his career.

David Villa was the final puzzle Spain needed to win trophies. A dependable goal scorer even in crunch situations which Spain are lacking now. Villa played mostly as a second striker and scored more than 400 goals in his career. Exquisite and eye catching footballer as well as being ambidextrous. Rare for a footballer. Legend of Spanish football

Villa is such an excellent scorer. Too accurate on the shot, never showing off, always humble. Without him truly the Spanish national team would be missing a "9", a serious scorer, a real GEM.

I'm so glad you made this video!! It's astonishing how much David Villa was slept on. I'm not trying to be that guy, but I remember watching that champions league match between them and Chelsea and Villa and Silva had scored the goals (mightve been over 2 games) and like a classic old school Mourinho side Essien scored in the final minute. But since that moment I knew Villa was brilliant. I watched him at 06 world cup and had followed him since. I was heart broken when Arsenal screwed up not once but twice on him! The second time he said in an interview he thought it was all wrapped up then it just fell thru and he went to Atleti...and we were stuck with Giroud who cost us a title 2 years later lol. Side note I also copied his hair style he was a stud!

Proper team player as well as game changer that actually cares more about the team/club than money, unlike every fkng single modern footballer these days. Looking at chu Neymar, Pogba, Bruno Fernandes.. actually anyone in the Man Utd team lol, anyone the Juventus team, etc.
