Well things didn’t quite go as planned on this stealth car camp LOL! After thinking I would stay the night at Cobham Service station but then not wanting to risk a fine, I moved onto what I thought would be a lovely peaceful slice of nature. Safe to say next time I’ll be reading the Park4night description and reviews in more detail 😂!

White ford focus st with a racing stripe, not exactly good at hiding there movements. Had this issue at a rastplatz in Germany, loads of blokes surrounding the car, at the time romanian gangs were stealing cars, so I ring the German Polizei, who turned up en masse with guns drawn, arrested the lot of them, one of the police men came up to my car, spoke to him, he says you are safe now. So I say were they going to steal my car, he looked at me and said no your virginity!. I left pretty sharpish.
They should definitely change the name of that app to avoid confusion lol 😂

Your led strip lights is like a welcome sign for business in the dogging park.
bc we do paranormal investigations we have night vision equipment....and often I have toyed with the idea of starting another YT channel and calling it, "Is this your dad/other half" and filming them... you get pi**ed off with it when you are trying to find a decent place to overnight in the van... or do a skywatch...

@@WillsWhereabouts The way I see it though, is that both lanes are open until you get to the cones! By starting to queue too early, it creates a longer tail back of traffic which is ridiculous. Both lanes should be used until the moment of merge.
@@Manim8 if that’s where I think it is… which is Putney Bridge. That lane will is in, is straight ahead only and the lane the other guy is in is right turns only. It’s clearly sign posted but so many chancers try it on

Haha, its been proven that when two lanes close into one it is more efficient for everybody to use both lanes and filter one from each lane where it goes into one, and it avoids massive tail backs in one lane with one lane empty. But hey, we have to put up with a longer journey so someone feels better because they waited "their turn" and didn't let anyone in, and we are the rude people for cutting in lmfao.

@@aofthep a turning lane is different, my comment is about two lanes that close to one, which is what it looked like in th video.
@@sorefinger4081 It's a tricky one - almost like a 'tragedy of the commons' situation (sort of lol). I've also read that merging one by one (like a zipper) is the most efficient system, and I think it works well in Switzerland etc, but unfortunately (British) humans are inefficient actors, and so it'll only work if a critical mass of people start doing it. One knobhead pushing his luck by trying to zoom past all the cars and push in isn't a good system either; he could have gone past one or two cars and then filtered/zipped in, but he didn't do that.

You’re really meant to queue up to a 2 to 1 merge in BOTH lanes, and then merge “like a zipper”. That way the queue is shorter and there is no issues about merging.

Yeah, in any case, how would they know how long he'd been there? I've slept in cars in service stations in different countries before and never got bothered, apart from once when they asked me to move so a lorry could park there.
