    wow this is so reassuring to hear. I've been trying to eat "healthy" and keep feeling physically full in my stomach from fruit and veg but my brain has still being wanting food. I've been thinking this must mean I'm being greedy. (I've come from a background of anorexia but have been fully weight restored for about 8 months). I really struggle to find the balance between trying to be healthy and not restricting again. unfortunately I think I'm starting to slip backwards with my thoughts. But thank you so much for explaining the difference between feeling physically full and feeling satisfied.

      hey do you have extreme hunger??? I am now having extreme hunger and I can not stop eating! It just so confused :( My belly is so bloated, it's getting huge but I just can not stop eating :(

      I ate vegs and fruits too but I still want to eat :(

      +QL :- I had extreme hunger when starting ED recovery. it was really scary because I never felt full and thought I was going to carry on like that forever and become really obese. But once I was fully weight restored and body learned I was not going to deny it food it calmed down. I still struggle with healthy eating vs restricting balance but am slowly learning that eating foods like nuts and seeds actually helps you feel full longer whereas low calorie food tends to physically full your stomach but gets quickly digested so leaves you hungry faster and overall leads me to feel I'm overeating

    this 'all food is available' is sooo hard - I struggle the most with this and am patting myself on the back each time I kind of make it to eat exactly what I wanted out of the billions of options we have in todays world. it is quite overwhelming.
