There is a Majour difference in Canada with Milk production , They are only allowed to make a certain Quota of Milk so as not to flood the market with Over Production .
Where as in The U.S. it is unregulated which causes enormous problems . giving Trump stupid reasons to blame other countries like Canada for that very same problem !

Sometimes, the " boys" from the roundup crew head on in with us so they can play cards at the saloon. We just need to be careful though because there is ALWAYS some gunfighter in town that is looking to put a few extra notches on his " shootin iron". Luckily for us, the Clampett gang took one look at my Glock 20 with a 15 rd mag and my HK sp5 and decided to head back to the range . Now, where do I plug this damned Tesla horse in at the corral?

    • @timothymbonham4453

Salt is required -- food, not a supplement. They never stop going for salt.
They do lick it more when it's first made available, but that decreases when they see it's always available and their body gets up to the appropriate level of salt. also, when you replace the salt block with a fresh, new one, many cows will come up to lick it. Curiosity, I guess -- to see if it tastes the same?

No, with that many cows in the barn, it stays well above freezing temp. Note that all through the winter, they still have 1 or 2 of the ventilation blowers going at times. The outside corrals are more risky, but they usually eat up the feed in a few hours, before it can freeze much.
