    You should get a sand scoop for a skid steer it will throw the sand out of the attachment

    Your right what’s the point ! But it was satisfying watching it get clean.
    So maybe for just that reason a yearly cleaning vid rocks 👍🏻🐄

    I'm late watching but LOL about the skidsteer! I was one of the pack that made you look like the skidsteer with manure sprayed and the skid looked flawless! 😂😜
    The skidsteer never felt more grateful! 😁 You didn't! 😜😁😂😜

    We always plant "silo buster (oats/peas/triticale mix)" as a cover for our alfalfa here on our Wisconsin dairy farm.

    Maybe he needs the extra tonnage of manure on the skid-steer for traction 😂 oooorrrr the smell of the old manure stuck on the skid-steer covers over the smell of the wet manure 😂😂😂😂

    Young Jan , Need to get a sand machine blower to bed the cows would that be better then bobcat scoop.We just cover ours with a rag And zip locks to hold rag on.On our electric doors we put vaseline real thick and ice meld around the doors.Cleaning windows won’t be cleaned load. Yea we our planting my garden the last week of April.. Mowed yards neighbor in field putting lime on fields and one tilling the field almost ready to take plant the crops. Yahoooooooooooo can’t wait. We got yucky weather all this week up and down tempts rain then sun comes out gets hot Mother Nature got it in for us all.

    In the past, you've mentioned the neighbors complaining about the odor when you spread manure on the fields. well, was wondering, eric (10th gen dairyman) mentioned in his latest video they treat the manure with a bacteria to help keep the odor down. i know nothing else about it, but was wondering if you've considered this and / or are doing it?

    Hey Jan! Great vlog as usual! My favorite parts were the scene showing the interest of the cow supervisors gossiping at the gate by the sand pit and the lovely head shot of that beautiful lass showing her 'best side' with a serious expression and no cares in the world. Do those 'supervisors' always do that or were they just hanging out and was that a 'special' star of the herd? Blessings!

    What is the plan after you run out of the sand bedding on your property? Can you share in one of your videos whether you evaluate the management efficiencies of your farm on an annual basis and compare the results against other comparable Canadian farms.

    interesting video interesting to see how much different work is needed for milk. i am always fascinated when i watch such a big farm. we also used to have dairy cows but only 10 cows.

    Easy fix to keeping the skid loader cleaner JUST SLOW DOWN and you won't be throwing manure over everything. What happened to the hood on the payloader? You need a sand slinger; faster and does a better job than skid.

    Thank you my friend for sharing the new mission at the dairy. How many liters of milk does your dairy produce? Where is the milk deposited on a daily basis, how is the quality of the product maintained, how is the process of transferring the milk to the tanker truck?🙄

    time to add on to sand room...make a home made drive threw skid steer or a wash hoop sprayer you can drive threw a few times ...
    try Carnauba car wax on your windshield, works great keeping window cleaner... thanks 4 video. be kind.

    Yes the skid steer…. If you clean it , it may just fall apart 😂🤣. It’s the most useful, important veh on the farm. It’s rather endearing. 🥴❤️ Jan you do such great teaching, I’m always so impressed with your educational moments. Good job my dear.
