      Alright here you go. Coffee enemas. Minimum one per day. Two if you can. Also recommend Jennifer Daniel’s protocol for parasites but at a minimum…. Stick with your carnivore. Allow yourself to have a smaller meal earlier in the day. Add the coffee enema just to see how you feel. Guarantee your digestion AND SKIN ISSUES WILL BE GONE.

    A wise landscaper told me that he would go to his clients properties to remove bushes/weeds and he would notice that the vegetation always corresponded to whatever illness the customer was suffering with. For example, customers with ailments that could be treated by consuming dandelion , their property was full of dandelion.

    Hey man I’ve been following you since the watermelon hair growth. That’s how I found you, looking for hair growth advice. I also struggled with candida. I believe a lot of the issues have to do with bad gut health. One of the most significant positive changes I’ve experienced took place after I had a gut diagnosis from VIOME. After taking there prebiotic and probiotic supplement, that was sequenced for my gut condition, my rashes went away and I was able to re introduce more diversity of food. I typically stick to a high protein low carb and some fruit. That seems to do well for me now. I enjoy your content keep doing what you’re doing!

    VP if carnivore digests well for you I think you might be on the right path. After YEARS of trying, I think I finally found something that works for me. Basically just an elimination diet. After many years of testing various things I found the foods I react to the least (I react to everything - every food group) and started eating those. I'm on vegan but my pain is gone and BMs are good. It keeps improving because my body is not dealing with the daily stresses of eating things it cannot tolerate. Maybe the simple method of just elimination diet and being very careful of what you can eat is good. I have not reintroduced any foods and don't really care if I can't. This is the most I have improved and am pain free & feel good. What works works. I am doing certain fruits, mostly bananas, kale, almond butter, and lentils (only once per day and with fruit). Even slight changes like eating quinoa instead can cause a lot of issues for me. Maybe you can find some balance of certain foods you can eat, gradually slowly expand the foods you can eat, testing 1 by 1, who cares if you have to be a little careful or restrictive forever? Maybe we have some digestive damage which will be very difficult to heal 100%.

    • @audioupgrades
      @audioupgrades Před 18 dny

      Elimination diets are the worst. Your body is a self-adjusting system. Every time you stop eating something, your body stops producing the enzymes that digest the food you eliminated. Therefore, your digestion gets worse with every thing you eliminate. It's better to keep eating everything in small amounts to make sure your digestion can deal with any food.

    Billy Cristal said life is about eclectic diversity. I was eating that Great Value rainbow sprinkles ice cream, but what if it was a swimming pool, a village on kapax, my home world away from gallifran, you come to earth in search of great value rainbow sprinkles. Oh look, there she is! Wha wa was wha!? Most people don't have a linx sense of taste outwardly, tracking thousands of miles for the great value rainbow sprinkles. What about cheese? Well the cream chease honestly better than regular cheese, all aspects of Swiss plus the sharp cheddar and other flavors in each creamy bite. As you come to realize, you'd never mix cheese in a can of beans because it's bad for you, or were the ingredients of such a variety that you were to lazy to actually utilize them? Olives, pico de gai, col slaw, tartar, fresh Mexican turkey...your just lying in the snow waiting to freeze to death. Choice is speculation, action is variety. Usefulness is cleanliness.

      @@vegetablepolice Are you kidding? I've got a BMI of between 18 and 19 and regularly practice 9 days, and the results are incomparable. I'm back to my normal weight in less than two weeks, and you don't weaken during the process, only lose fat... after 7 days of refeeding I drive 10 hours back home and resume life normally. The actually tricky (and mandatory) part is renting a calm place in natural environment with clean/cool air and high humidity that never gets below 70% or the experience is unbearable, then patience and mastering yourself on the exit both in terms of food and paranoid thoughts for the system takes days to reboot... if you haven't read Michelle Slater's book it's an inspiring one. Fasts of 5 and 7 days give you a taste of the potential, but it's at 9 days that things really start happening and you break through. You might still have to work with a good functional medicine doctor to get yourself properly tested and treated, but doing these periodically restore you like nothing else. The nurse was right when she told you not to mess with food in the first place, unbalanced diet unbalanced results there's no way around that... fell into the same trap and stubbornly remained in it for 10 years. If you're courageous enough to drop all knowledge, after a long dry fast communication with your body becomes perfectly clear again, your hear and see what it needs, and if you stick to just letting it have what it asks for without interfering with the pretense that you know better, you're whole again... it's misalignment through control that causes chronic sickness.
      And liver flushes go hand in hand with dry fasting, they're not bullshit at all...

    How long were you fruit based? It takes a long time to clear the colon, we've been accumulating things since birth, so of course there's gonna be alot of discomfort and issues for awhile. Also, avocados and nuts and seeds are not truly human foods. Look up what avos look like in the wild. Mostly the seed and no flesh. Chimps don't eat them in the wild. As soon as you add avos your digestion gets bad, your blood sugars get messed up, you start getting mucus and you get your body odour back. The only way to do fruit diet is fat free, essentially. Check out the book Mucusless Diet Healing system, its essentially a transition to the fruit diet, but with specific cooked foods along the way to help the transition.

It kinda helped. I stopped refined sugars and started drinking raw A2A2 Jersey cow milk. I also use Monat haircare's scalp scrub and only wash my hair once a week. Who knows what ultimately fixed it but I'm so thankful. I started taking methylene blue for mitochondrial and brain health. I love the stuff. I only take 8 mg twice a day. Very low dose. A lot of good things, but a lot of propaganda too.

    Try to stop experimenting with all the dietary supplements, portions of olive oil, broccoli for a LONG period of time. Eliminate all the little things.

    Your problems on the fruitarian diet are detox symptoms. I've been eating almost all raw vegan since my husband told me to because I want to. The last 2 times I ate avocado, I hated it. Yesterday I was eating lettuce with roasted tahini and coconut aminos and I didn't like the sauce at all, and then I got really excited. I was raw for pretty long 2 years ago but went back because I didn't fully change myself, I believe, I need to actually become a fruitarian+lettuce, no nuts. I think fasting is easier than doing a fruitarian diet or juicing. I can't wait til I can do a fast for spiritual purposes. Today I feel pretty much really nervous. I'm never nervous. I think I'm going to fry some zucchini in coconut oil with tomato paste.

    That's not true. You are a fixed (mix of) dosha('s) throughout your life. And then on top of that you can be out of balance. So you can be predominantly a pitta-person but with a Vata inbalance. It sounds like this practitioner just wasn't that skilled. Find yourself a good Ayurvedic doctor.

    Here you go: coffee enemas. 1 per day minimum and include a parasite cleanse. Minimum the coffee enemas your skin issues will be GONE. Digestive issues will resolve. Stick with carnivore but while cleansing might need to allow yourself an extra meal even if small. Do it. Feel better. Guaranteed.

    The fruit never worked for you because you didn’t build any good cardio you just did your silly little calisthenic workouts rather than go for a 5K run. It’s that simple. Why didn’t you try and build elite level cardio on your high carb low-fat diet, Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪

    Your diet is getting worse and worse for ulcerative collitis symptoms, ayurveda doesn´t really have the answers you are looking for in my opinion. However, if I may...I don´t think fasting is all that good for you.

    It takes a while for the gut flora to change with a new diet. The extremes take even longer. Candida overgrowth causes brain fog…and it feeds on carbs. It takes a loooong time to get rid of it.
