He constantly says that if kyrie doesn’t want to get the vaccine then he shouldn’t be allowed to play basketball. He’s mad that the nets are even letting him play basketball even tho he’s not vaccinated.
@@milleezy actually he only talks about kyrie when talking about the vaccine because he is the only nba player that is unvaccinated playing in a location that requires vaccination for the home team. Its only new york and golden state. So he is the only player that is currently eliminating himself from half the games.
He is mad because KD and harden are playing for the nets in part because of kyrie. So him not playing after he was part of the draw compromises the time of kd and harden. (They have to play longer, harder, and more consistently) because kyrie isn’t there. Which puts them both at a higher risk of injury and also potentially wastes their time because kyrie is eating cap space that isn’t being used because he isn’t playing.

Harden didn’t come to The nets to play with Kyrie he came because The nets were one of the only teams building a super team at the time and willing to pay for Harden and his contract. The question at the time and still is, was “can Kyrie and James harden play well together?” . Steven doesn’t care if the nets win or not, he’s a knocks fan, but his hatred of Kyrie is more important then caring about a team that has a good chance of winning the title of Kyrie play all his games.
