Creating a level in a level

- There is no level out yet as this is very unfinished.
This level aims to somewhat replicate the exeperience of a Geometry Dash creator as best as possible with a final goal of getting creator points within the level, which means there will be included features such as:
- A verification required (if this level ever gets anywhere, there may even be creator sim top 1s)
- Level uploading and replayability, the level will be saved somewhere else in the level that you can be teleported to whenever you want to play it again
- Mod twitch livestreams where they can play your level and even send it
- Very lucky Nexus showcase event where you play your level back in CZcams UI
- Account profiles so you can see if you got creator points (1cp to beat level, 3cp for a coin, 5cp for 2 coins and 10cp for all 3 coins.
It's no secret I am very optimistic for the future of this level, but it is extremely complicated and I could get cut off at any point in the creation process, but for now it's pretty smooth sailing.
If I ever quit Geometry Dash, I'm gonna start my new level creating hobby over on Creator Simulator!!

Guys, there is no ID to this level. This is only a preview of what the level will look like. Instead of having 3 block options, you will have 27, there will be an option to verify and upload the levels, replay them, go onto twitch mod level request streams, send your level, a rare event where nexus uploads your level to CZcams and a ton more. This level is like 1/10 done, and way too buggy to upload even a preview. Sorry for the inconvenience.

If you mean to become mod on the level there’s no way to do that in 2.2 but it would be cool

@@LeoSquared You can, you can make a section with like a 6 digit number code where if all digits are correct (basically a password) then it gives you the mod rank. It would probably have to be on a cooldown after 3 incorrect guesses so that people can't spam it with random passwords until they get it right. It would also be a good idea to change it every month in case someone actually does manage to guess it.
I have an idea: Grind other levels for more money. Each Difficulty is worth more money, and yes. That also extends to demon levels.
Oh that could be cool, I could include bloodbath and stuff

Robtop had to code a game that allowed you to make levels, this creator coded a level that allows people to make levels within that GD editor that someone had to code
only problem with this is its probably a little unoptimized
ok so i know this is super early in development and this is probably too much feedback/ideas but....
this looks really good, but kinda annoying and clunky to use. i would suggest some sort of cursor system using 2p controls, which you definitely should be using if you aren't already. also maybe some sort of settings menu, again with 2p controls, where you can select your blocks, change the background and ground, and maybe toggle build mode on and off, as well as a whole bunch of customisation settings. no idea how someone would do this, but if the colour selection was a slider that would be pretty cool. with the cursor, you could also add things like smaller grid sizes for mini spikes and such and pretty much the entire edit tab with things like rotation and movement of misplaced objects. I'm gonna assume object deletion is already something you either have added or are going to add, but it could probably work off the same system

also checkpoint saving (either the mod or in another 7 years when rob finally adds it to the base game) is probably gonna carry this thing so much XD
@@Jiffjeff7314 I would've added a cursor system by now if it werent for my main inspiration for this level, a level called "Geometry Dash" by GDVesuvius which has that exact system. Id kinda feel like I'm copying. I also want that feel that you (the player) are building it.
Atm I am making an extra room with settings which currently already has a toggleable delete mode. I plan to be able to rotate these objects, maybe change the colour of them and more. Atm im happy with how the bg colour cycles between 12 options but I will add a ground colour option too.
Tbh I intentionally left out mini spikes to avoid the hassle of making a mini grid, as that alone would take up a little under 1600 groups. I cant do anything about checkpoint saving but hope that it eventually gets added.

Idea: Geometry Dash Creator, Where You Buy Objects To Use In Your Level, You Can Scroll The Level To Add More, And Even Edit Your Icon In The Second Room Of The Shop, More In The Third Like Coins, Orbs, And Decorations! Forth Is For Like Triggers And Portals You Can Edit Them Too, Fifth Can Be For Other Blocks, Text, And Saws, Sixth Is For One-Time-Items, This Means You Can Only Buy Them Once, An Example Is Fonts, Colors, And Icons, Everything Won't Cost Downloads, But Money, One-Time-Items Can Be Bought With Coins, Blocks, Spikes, And Saws Can Cost Money, Orbs, Triggers, Pads, And Portals Cost Stars, And Spawns, Checkpoints, And End Positions, Cost Diamonds, To Get Stars, Coins, Diamonds, And Money, You Play Main Levels, Or Play Custom Levels, I Think This Can Be A Great Game If You Work On It, Ill Try To Make It Too, It Might Not Be Possible For Me Though, I Don't Know Much About Code.
I have limited the object types you can place to 27 because I will not be able to scroll the level. Just the basic mechanic for placing blocks took me 391 groups. Most other blocks would be unnecessary with only a 17 by 23 space to place them.
