Thank you. This video brought a lot of memories back. From my teenage dating days waiting at the bus stop next to the library for two hours on a Sunday night to get home to the Port, then 30 years later returning home to Scotland and visiting my Mum, now living In a lovely apartment in Kilmacolm. Oh and being told that I have lost my Scottish twang from the fish and chip guy at the end of the road.

I've owned a DJI mini 2 for almost three years ago and I've yet to conquer the fear of flying too far or crashing it! I'm wondering if that's a common experience for drone users and how they overcome it?

I suppose it is but the advice i'd give is to go to a large park or open field and fly on beginners settings before trying anything else. Get to know the controls and get yourself accustomed to the drone code etc. Keep the drone at all times within visual line of sight and dont go too high and always remember the return to home button if it gets a bit scary

Good advice thanks. I run into trouble though when I look from the console to the drone and back again until I reach the stage where I can't find the drone in the sky and panic sets in! I suppose it's just a matter of practice and patience.@@droningonscotland
