Reading the comments below I remember getting the train with my ma and da from Kirkintilloch (eastside) that stopped at Back O Loch, until we could join the main line to Glasgow. And talking of how Kirkie has grown, At the General election in 1983 we covered, in one night, to every home in Kirkintilloch and Lenzie an election address from Margaret Bain. Ah Happy days, Love the vids.

    I've owned a DJI mini 2 for almost three years ago and I've yet to conquer the fear of flying too far or crashing it! I'm wondering if that's a common experience for drone users and how they overcome it?

    • @droningonandonandon
      @droningonandonandon Před 4 měsíci

      I suppose it is but the advice i'd give is to go to a large park or open field and fly on beginners settings before trying anything else. Get to know the controls and get yourself accustomed to the drone code etc. Keep the drone at all times within visual line of sight and dont go too high and always remember the return to home button if it gets a bit scary

    • @grahamfordyce2399
      @grahamfordyce2399 Před 4 měsíci

      Good advice thanks. I run into trouble though when I look from the console to the drone and back again until I reach the stage where I can't find the drone in the sky and panic sets in! I suppose it's just a matter of practice and patience.@@droningonandonandon
