Ganavan Sands near Oban, Scotland

A short film made using the DJI Mavic 3 Cine drone in 4K 60fps.
Ganavan Sands near Oban is a lovely natural bay that has unenviable views towards the Isles of Lismore and Mull as well as the smaller Isles dotted around the Oban peninsula. The sands sit alongside the natural Ganavan Bay and on the shore of Loch Linnhe. Parking is plentiful and it is the ideal place for a peaceful stroll or a wild swim in the Loch. The water is clear and very clean as you'll see in the film. Its located around a 2 hour drive from Glasgow and is only one of many beautiful places to visit on the West Coast of Scotland. In summer months the beach can be a great place to take in some sunbathing and there's a food van usually situated there too. Its also a fantastic place to view the Aurora borealis on the rare occasions that it is active in the area.
