Yeeeeeaaaaaa no, I think he needs to workshop his material because I saw where he was going, he just needs to dig a little deeper instead of just going for easy jokes.

Not funny at all as a standup. He'd be cool to hang out with, it seems. It felt rushed and the material was all over the place. What should've been punchlines never happened. Zero segues and no layering.
He had the attitude and has stage presence, but it just comes down to mediocre material and bad delivery. If he's really new then he's got plenty of time to get his stuff together.
Random example.. Bill Burr could walk up right after him with nothing prepared and only use what he used in his routine and have everyone wanting more. Just being real.
