    Gotta love listening to a couple amarr sympathizers talk about Minmatar

    • @NLPexperts
      @NLPexperts Před rokem +3

      Even under the covers of darkness, no sympathiser would dare say aloud that they committed genocide against the minmatar, trying to erase "them" from history TWICE. Or that the amarr Republic enslaved and enslave the minmatar. Not sympathisers, just a twisted accurate historical account. I approve this video as accurate History.

    Can we talk about how CCP REALLY needs to bring Lore news back to something you can find on character selection screen and browse through or better yet make it something you can grab hold of in game rather than having to go and sift through the AWFUL website to find the news articles that i'm sure about 90% of active players don't know exist.

    Sorry about not knowing quite as much about the players in this particular story! The Minmatar are definitely a weak spot for me lore-wise, and unfortunately much the same is the case for Ashterothi. Still, I hope you can enjoy us scratching the surface of this very unique empire's lore.
    The next four videos we plan to work on will be;
    The Jove Empire
    CONCORD
    Capsuleers
    The Triglavian Collective
    Can't wait to get them to you guys, really appreciate the support on all this lore content :)

    If the books are considered canon, then the caldari are the ones who came up with the vitoc cure, specificly othro gariushi, the late ceo of ishukone.

    So I'm obviously late to the party but one of the main reasons the minmatar fleet attacked CONCORD was they felt they had no voice in the Yulia assembly. That neither CONCORD nor any of the empires were taking them seriously and they were just getting walked all over with policies going through enforced by CONCORD that they viewed as disproportionately hurt them at best and that the amarr were using CONCORD to continue to oppress and enslave minmatar.
    So it wasn't just too ensure CONCORD couldn't interfere with the attack on amarr but also as a show of force that CONCORD and the other empires could not ignore.

    The thing is. Clans have a lot of autonomy in how they run themselves as long as they respect tribal law and Republic law. Therefore you can imagine your home clan to be more or less whatever you want it to be. The players have the traditionalist clans that will not accept non ethnic Matari as members and those that will (as long as they undergo a Voluval).
    Likewise, just make up what your mark is and what it means.
    As to the Nefantar. The implication of the novels is that some of the apparent collaborators were trying to shield the rest of the tribes from the full effects of the Imperial effort to eradicate Matari culture. That probably has something to do with how what little has survived did so. This is confirmed by some heeding the call of the mandate governor to defect to the Republic. Though part of that would be because all Starkmanir are condemned to die by Imperial law and likely anyone that could be found to have hidden/protected them would share their fate.

    The only inaccuracy I found in this historical account is referring to them as Jovian neural network encoders , Transneural cranial controllers aka transneural encoders, the real name is Voltage Positive amalgam lead tooth fiĺling. As to Vitoc Enslavement, the solution is 31 day guard, send a man, get them to sign a contract permitting him to attest to criminal narcotics supply and violently destroy any criminal narcotics.

    How do tattoos work on capsuleers though, does each clone gets brand new tattoo or are they like genetic tattoos?

    • @datamin3rgaming828
      @datamin3rgaming828 Před 4 lety +1

      Iirc the tattoos are dependent on several things, one of which being genetics. So it may be some kind of targeted cell coloration. But most likely when the clone comes out of the goo for the first time it is cleaned and tattooed on a robotic assembly line type thing.
      Edit: It's the first thing "They believe the formula of the second injection directs the subconscious to manipulate the melanin from the first injection into forming a permanent tattoo. It is for this reason Vherokior mystics insist proper mental preparation is a necessary part of the Voluval." Permanent Cell changes.

    "They're all called races for a reason."
    ...because they're genetically distinct as a result of 12,000 years of divergent evolution?

    • @Jintaan
      @Jintaan  Před 4 lety +2

      12,000 years is a SUPER short time for evolution though my dude. Modern humans are basically the same as Bronze Age ones, you have to go back ~50,000+ years to even see the last remnants of precursors to Homo Sapiens die out. I guess, thinking about it more clearly, that it's just race as in what we'd call race in the modern day - Different genetic pools within the species.

    • @MyKharli
      @MyKharli Před 4 lety +2

      @@Jintaan no its not ! especially if there are pressures weeding out characteristics and favouring others . Evolution requires death . Look how quickly dogs and domestic animals can be bred to be different . There are lots examples of birds diverging in very few generations .

    The Taul’rag is absolutely key. New Eden is a prison. The entity who contacted the first elders is still an unknown factor. Is it Jovian? Is it triglavian? Is it some other metaphysical principle or some other as of yet undiscovered race?

    random stoned brain idea: One Minmatar tribe will split from the Replublic, be recognized by the Triglavians and offered to join them resulting in a new Triglav subfaction and a new group of faction ships witch are hybrids between Triglavian/Minmatar.
