This guy is one of my favorite people on the PLANET!!! If you find his info helpful, Please do support his work side and purchase from him. If he hasn't got the rock bottom price, please know that a few extra dollars will not make you poor, but it will help make you rich with knowledge with more of John's videos. RESPECT!!
I agree gotta love John. I have learned so much from him.
Oh my God...! Just made it, simply used one mango and one big sweet red pepper.
This is A M A Z I N G.
I'm eating it with spinach leafs, and it's unbelievable. You've saved my life, the olive oil-garlic dressing was so boring.
Please add more easy vegan dressings.
Thanks!!
Did you add water?
The simplicity of this video is genius, I'll def. try this.
I used to watch this everyday when I was raw. 2 years later I can smell the dressing watching you make it. This was my joint back then walking thru the hood in LOs Angeles eating a punch bowl of greens and veggies and this dressing. So many people came to ask me what the hell I was doing with all that lol!!
18 yrs vegan wow, I'm proud of you. you growing all those greens is an inspiration. thank you sir
John, my mother grew the tallest stalks of tomatoes I have ever seen in my life, using only Amish compost that my grandma was given from the Amish people who live around her property. They were over 7 feet tall!!! And bountiful! That compost they are building up there must have been building up for decades. Imagine the world people could create if everyone did that!!
Just improvised a dressing with tomatoes, avocado and lemons. It was good.
This was more worth than 100 grands I spent on education. Thank you for setting up health life style model. I hope God'
Yum! Mango Pepper is my favourite dressing recipe! I like using red peppers for the vibrant colour it creates. I sometimes use a date to sweeten it because of relying on frozen(sometimes under ripe) mangoes much of the year.
I loved watching you pick greens! Thank you for sharing John!
oH, I just love your easy approach. So natural. Relaxing way to prepare RAW. Thank you John. Best regards to you.
I love your videos! They are so wonderful! I love love LOVE your garden and the life you have created for yourself.
I made this simple dressing first several years ago. I’ve loved it ever since. Very good, as is his orange juice macadamia nut dressing! Thanks, John!
Do have the recipe?
@@face1647Hi there. I technically don’t use a set recipe. I like a dressing that is not too sweet so I use more pepper and less mango.
1/2 mango
2 large orange or yellow peppers
1/2 fresno (red jalapeño) pepper
Salt and pepper
I DO add avocado to my salad as A LOT of the micronutrients in leafy greens are fat-soluble so having a whole food source of fat is optimal.
Have fun with your salads! TAHINI dressings are also EXCELLENT! 😋
Will def try it. So simple but YUM. Thanks for sharing.
I gotta say you have a great way of sharing your knowledge about salads and its nice to feel comfortable with the information, Thank You John and God Bless
I would love to see more recipe videos. Thanks for sharing John.

this looks soo good!!!!
Love this! Thanks, John
People you can post your comments without being rude, I do not find it nice, you trying to be all REAL and saying hurtful stuff, needless. Just because you are behind a screen should not be a reason to put others down, I mean, that's REAL. Morals and Values should be part of you, I mean, you guys do not want others coming up to you saying demeanor stuff just because they feel entitled to, no, I do not think so, so why do you do to others what you would not like done unto you, and even more, why do you make statements that you, otherwise, would not say to people face to face. Come on guys, NOT COOL.
Tried this today and loved it!
John congrats on your 18th year anniversary and thanks for all you videos. I am going to try that dressing tomorrow.
There is something so beautiful about going outside to prepare your meal. Love it! Also I had a guy tell me that I was depriving myself because I didn't want to eat animals and want to eat plants and fruit instead but you sir prove that this is not a diet of depravation. Thanks for the great content!
Just found your Chanel and love it already! Thank you for this video :)
Thanks John can't wait to make it.
That looks really good! Thanks for sharing!
One of the best videos out there John, Thank you so much. Gloria 11/17/15

You can get started growing herbs in pots
Great video John very useful information on the best greens and a great dressing.
I love how excited he just got after he ate some of that salad ! ^_^ awesomee
Yes indeed! Thanks for sharing this great quick recipe with me :)
First to make the salad. Only I was out of mangoes so I added strawberry mango juice and a handful of raw pumpkin seeds. Delicious!
Thanks for sharing lots of great information. I am now slowly switching to raw. The hot peppers really get all the heat from capsaicin. usually I don't like to lose the heat :-) I have added you to my favourites list.
Your great! I'm trying this today...Yummy!
Please do more recipe demos. I find them very helpful.
Made this and it was surprisingly good. With the dressing i had left i froze it in ice cube trays and used it in smothies.
I love it man great video!
Twins on Twins Family 3e3347-369-78433😑😂
Congratulations on 18 years John!
your garden looks so awesome :D
That looks awesome! I have made a similar one with ginger before. Yum!
This has 5% of calories from fat in the dressing, by the way, or 2 g. of fat. It's not "no fat," but it would be free from overt fats.
Sounds delicious!
Organic goodness. I love it.
I always enjoy your videos. Thank you for sharing your recipe. I just got my Vitamix today. Will give this a try. P.S. If mangos not available can I use frozen if I thaw it first?
I loved this video! As always you inspire me to grow my own produce.. I was wondering .. what kind of kale was that? The one that was jagged looking? It looks so neat! I wanna eat some!
youre like a kid, I will never tire of seeing this
love your video and your energy just subbed !
How much do you charge to help someone one on one to get started & get a garden/greenhouse going? Wow! What a wealth of information! I love your channel!
You should be on the cooking Chanel!
Lol you're so happy! I'm definitely gonna watch your videos on how to grow your own vegetables...and dream about the day I don't live in a dorm and can do this myself
Thanks John
You are so inspiring.
Looks so delicious.. I could probably eat half the bowl. Would have to work my way up in size. Building up endurance.
Do you wash your greens?
Thank you.

John, this is awesome! Are you still doing this channel?
Great recipe!! At 11:20, you could tell by your reaction just how good your dressing is!! : )
I did it it tasted like sweet and sour v. salad for EARTH!!!
health is not just about the diet, spiritual and mental health are big aspects too. I know John recognises that as he has mentioned it in a few of his videos, and so I'm sure he is very healthy in all three aspects :)
Thanks John for another awesome video! Would you as nuts or seeds to this recipe?
John Kohler you're awesome!
Are you kidding me??? This is your anniversary date to the day for going raw??? Wow today is my 1st anniversary for going processed food free...I have been 100% processed food free 1 year today...That was my start to coming across your videos last march when I realized I needed to grow my food to have good reliable food...My raw anniversary will be July 4th, Again thanks to you...I knew I was going raw shortly after watching your okraw channel in June, but choose Independence day to start it...
Hi! Thank you for the recipe. What can we use in the part of the world where there are no mangoes? Thanks!
Ultimate salad bar, lol! :-)
Looks delicious :)
Awesome,.. subscribed!
Part 2 of 2 of the question. Now I wonder of, is it best to grow my own vegetable/fruit and dehydrating them in a Sedona Raw Food dehydrator, and then put them in a airtight jar and save them to the winter. Or is that to long time to save dehydrated vegetable/fruit and still have lot of nutrition, when I eat them in wintertime, as they are or dehydrated??
Enjoying your videos John Kohler! You are so awesome. I'm surprised you haven't met neighbors with fruit trees. I have over 2,000 neighbors with fruit trees in Concord. I'm amazed at your energy and am sharing your videos. So fun! Take Care. Happy Harvesting. Anna "the lemon lady"
Part 1 of 2 of the question. You said that the nutrition are loosed when you bye food. I live in Sweden so I guess it take at least one week for the food to get to the store, and then I have to wait often one week to have them ripe at my home. In Sweden it is not so easy to get organic food in the winter. I have at least 164 time 164 foot (50x50meter) that I can grow on, in summertime.
John you are our glorious superhero. We enjoy watching your videos but please can you consider going high definition? We'd love to see you in HD on our Retina display MacBooks. You are the best! ps where do you get the Vitamin B patch you put behind your ear from? Thanks.
I need to grow me some green ! :)
Dude, many scientists believe in alternate universes or demensions. If that's true. I am living your life in at least one of them! LOVE your vids and you live a GREAT life!!
Could you PLEASE do a video about solanaceae vegetables.
I never heard of this before watching this video and after looking it up I am more confused than ever.
Are you saying we should not be eating Green Peppers and Tomatoes?
I would appreciate any info you could teach us about this.
yummy
I love Vegan fats and oils, and lots of it. I feel perfectly healthy! And loving it ❤
