I was quite surprised when I saw the Tandoori Naan Bread. In India, we eat it with paneer (cottage cheese gravy). It's high in protein but it's dairy. If you have some spice tolerance then I'll suggest making it according to your taste. You'll love it :))

Young Lady you are super inspiring! I wanted to suggest something to you. Research the benefits of infrared sauna. I do cardio and lift weights... I started doing infrared sauna last year because at 50 my muscle recovery was taking a little longer... The infrared has been a game changer.

I just purchased your 4-week meal plan, and all of the meals sound delicious! I have a question, I am extremely ADHD (my coworkers joke that I am squirrel brained), how do you set up to prep (like, do you cook each meal one at a time, or do you cook all proteins at the same time, veggies at the same time, etc? Any tips/advice/suggestions you can give me would be amazing, as I've never meal prepped before. Thank you so much!
Heyyyy! Well thank you for purchasing it! I really hope it helps 😊 I like to just cook by course. So I’ll do my breakfast meats if I’m eating any that week bc I usually cook breakfast the morning of, then I’ll knock out both lunch options and then both dinner options. As a beginner, it could take up to 4-5 hrs, as you get used to it 2-3 hrs. I hope that helped!! 🤗
