    Thousands of hours of practice and dedication and of course talent. Is how you shoot like that.

      Haha yes definitely the key, but doesn’t change the fact that you can learn from things he discovered from those thousands of hours and maybe help you get better faster

    Wow. Great analysis! As a chiropractor it looks like he’s pulling it towards right hip but more so towards CENTER I say belly button. Because if you think of the physics of it that’s “center mass”. If it did go to the right hip (much more) I think he’d hook his shots wide left. Great commentary. I haven’t skated since 5/2021. But now I want to try this!

      He claims he copied Mathews shot and they are pretty identical

    I have seen videos of matthews and he actually does the opposite of this

    tim turk technique. search it while back and found some of that guys shooting videos for teaching nhl clubs. crazy weird but seems to work great though
