Hey this a great channel which really helps me as a hockey player! Can you go more in depth on how to apply leverage etc etc

Do you have a video or an article about how to stand out in tryouts and separate yourself from other players so teams would have to pick you?

Yessir search "The only hockey tryout guide you will ever need by Identity Shift"

@@identityshifthockey Just a question about strengths and bottlenecks
If my skating is my bottleneck, but it's something I improve the fastest on and want to get good at, is it ok if I prioritize it to get good at it even if it's one of my weaker skills? I think I have potential in skating.
My natural playstyle suits playing along the boards and making plays which skating is an important skill to be good at. I need to be able to turn on a dime, be strong on my edges, explode out of a corner, etc.

Also I got another question for you. How would you go about creating a training program so that you can work on your bottle necks and your pillars. Might be unrelated.

that's what my paid programs are all about.
It's a bit of a complicated topic to answer in simple terms, but I will talk more about this stuff in future videos on youtube!
