    It's great... you have good accounts...you have money to buy lots of shiny equipment. How about telling me/us how to land good accounts too.

      It's time, hustle and networking. You have to make connections! I have been doing this for 30 years, it takes time. You have to figure out the right people to network with. Some of my work is through another bigger snow contractor. And my other work is from having connections. Success isn't always what you know but WHO you know (or who you choose to network with).

    Using a lady finger to line up the bolt holes on those wings makes it super simple.

      Hey Michael. I am blessed to have very good operators this season. It isn't easy finding good team members, but they are out there. My son is almost 18 now, they grow up fast.

    Cool equipment. Looks like you took a big risk on buying all that. Had to be about a million on that order?
    How much snow you average per year and where are you located?
    Do you charge per push or is it a seasonal contract?
    Amazing job to you.
    I'm in central pa and we just don't get enough snow anymore. It's depressing honestly, good luck to you this season

      Hello Byron, it wasn't cheap lol. I am located not far from you actually. I'm in E. PA and yes it is not snowing this year which is super frustrating. We average about 36". I have some seasonal and some per inch. Thanks for watching.

    You need to get yourself a battery powered impact! Being chained to that air hose is no fun.
    You ever have trouble with DOT while moving your equipment? I noticed you don't have any name or numbers on your trucks and running that loader down the road is gonna bring trouble eventually.

    • @SnowBoss
      @SnowBoss  Před rokem

      I have a battery powered impact. And No, never a problem with dot. Company name is on all equipment. Always have a chase vehicle with strobes. We will never have an issue, we are allowed to move equipment here.
