I have attended the exact same sales seminar by this group. Very convincing sales pitch but the scam was very easy to detect. I could immediately check the land they claim to own was zoned a ‘green belt’. I am simply amazed by the gullibility of these victims and future victims. Don’t be lazy, do your own research and don’t be greedy.
Honestly if people were not greedy and gullible enough to believe in alleged huge returns low risk investments like these, scams like these would never happen.
The property agent who leased the unit to the scammer was too careless. He did not request for the actual physical NRIC for verification purposes and assumed that the NRIC number written by the scammer was legitimate. Had he requested for the physical NRIC for verification, the scammer would definitely cook up excuses or go find another 'careless' agency to rent a unit from. If ultimately, they did not manage to rent a place, perhaps they might have dropped this scam idea and find some other ways to scam people.

Timeshare is like dividing ownership of a property for different time periods. Persona A may own it for 6 months, and Person B may own the same property for the other 6 months. Anyway, this trio of scammers probably suckered another bunch of poor souls into investing in a non-existent property for timeshare ownership.

SPF did not do anything to my case which was very similar to this. The commercial affair department just sent me a letter stating that it was based on an overseas property investment although the scammer was a Singapore company, so they could not do anything. This video is also based on a UK property scam. They take action in film only. They won’t do anything in the reality.
