The elderly deserve better, they were born in a shitty situation, worked their asses off, and some of them are homeless, I cant say for the ones that wasted their own youths, but for those that have successful families and children, they really deserve much more, we shld give them good experiences that theyve never had the chance to get.

Thus, he said it to the suspect in order for him to confess the names of his other accomplices. Therefore, he's encouraging him in that they ALL had to take equal share of the blame for the crime, not just let him bear the rap alone. ^^
@@ebonyloveivory yup I've seen similar contexts in Hong Kong police dramas during interrogations of suspects in cases whereby there may be accomplices. It's unfortunate that the 3 of them were still executed tho, but at least it brought much-needed closure to the family of the deceased

Unfortunate, that they were executed?? They murdered an innocent life, so they had forfeited their own rights to life, and therefore they deserved to die. If they felt like doing this murder thing, then they should remain in the shithole from where they came and do it there, NOT on Singapore soil. They should have stayed in their own shithole, where it seems like every 10000 people or so have like 2 neighbors with murder charges (or even rape charges) in their criminal record - what a disgusting society, which Singapore must never turn into.

There's cold case in quite a number of them, probably appealing for witnesses to come forward again. SPF tend to review old cold cases from time to time whenever they find new evidence or new witnesses step forward, like what happened to the Felicia Teo Wei Ling missing case

1) their modus operandi is to assault first and not threaten and ask for wallet. “the accused persons had intended to assault the deceased to rob him. It was not their intention to confront and threaten him, and demand for his wallet. The undisputed evidence was that the first kick was delivered without any demand for the wallet”
2) The 3 of there were the only one who attacked the victim and left him motionless. Nobody came along and inflicted more damage after they left.
3) 2 of them actually confessed to the murder without them realising to it. “The statement of the first accused referred to at [6] above and that of the third accused quoted at [8] above were confessions to an offence of murder in furtherance of a common intention to committing robbery.”
4) they actually intended to commit the murder “When they confronted the deceased and they attacked him together, the attack was carried out in the furtherance of their common intention.”
5) all of them are sane and matured which means that they know by stabbing, kicking and stomping the victim’s head multiple times would result in death. “Justice of Appeal V.K. Rajah retorted: 'It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realise that stomping on a person's head would result in serious injuries that could prove fatal.'”
Of course 3of them for one person.
ya really weird judge,i saw couple episodes most are more gruesome kill too and not intend to murder,but got away with life sentences,kind of same here goes,as criminal claim to rob him and he bash him up for his resisting not knowing to cause of his death ,unfornate this judge decide to shot altogether 3 life down instead.

Why is the culprit in robbery on 25 SEP of the stolen handphone wasn't found until 25 DEC a person is killed then start looking for clues? In the start isnt when the handphone has been stolen, shouldn't the police able to pick this up and already apprehended the criminal? A robbery case should have a least 1 or 2 years jail term isnt it? not less than 3 months.
