Another of the 'Usual Suspects'........ the surveillance video tells a different story - yes because the murderer is full of lies. The victims had their hands in the air and were backing away from the murderer when they were shot and then shot another two times into each body when they fell to the ground as he walked past them. All of this from his own home surveillance video system but this murderer claims he wa sjust taking some time off from; working as a priest, feeding the homeless, studying to become a doctor, charity work and taking good care of his aging mother. Give me a break - keep creeps like this away from decent folks.

It's all on video. Scott's lawyer should be working on a plea deal. if it goes to court, justice will be swift.

That attorney just lost popularity. The man shoots his neighbor's in cold blood and calls him a "Sweet man?" - That attorney needs a shave, he apparently needs bed rest (sleep) and a mental check up. He looks exhausted. - We're living in real stupid times, among real stupid professionals. What part of stupid does that lawyer not see?
as others have said, you're not a "sweet man" if you murder 2 people over a minor dispute over a basketball net. and then shoot a guy twice that was already on the ground and not a threat? yeah, that dude needs to go to jail for the rest of his life.
It does not make a difference if he dont have any criminal history if his first crime is killing 2 people over a basketball hoop. He is a danger to society and should stay in jail. His lawyer is a idiot describing him as a sweet man like he is being charged with some petty crime.
