I just demo this rogue it is a tank. And the smoothest ride I have felt so far. Hydros are 4400s I believe. I loved this mower. Only con is the overall length is longer than I would expect.
I have the 2021 rogue and never had problem with it tear up any grass on corners. But my My idler wheel is up one more position then yours. I got 60 hours on it. great so far. I do Commercial mowing also.
I have the 54” to replace my Deere z910a. No comparison, and like you said it is very fast and a smooth ride. The wheel base is very long and with the suspension it is very stable. My wife’s favorite mower, over our Scag or Deere. The deck is in 1/3 “ increments not 1/4”.
we have a Bad Boy 54" Maverick with a Kawasaki 726. The perfect machine for a bigger guy. Super Fast and has a level even cut. Biggest complaint is Kawasaki and deck is loud at full throttle. I have to wear ear protection.
Ok, real talk, I’m 6’4” and all legs and after I adjusted the seat and lap bars I have no interference with the peddle/bars. Your anti scalp wheels are too low. The Bad Boy cuts lower than your other mowers because of the chambered deck lifting the grass higher. All of your issues are non issues.
tim freeman I think that’s because it’s a 26” drive tire. The Renegade also runs a 26”, the rebel, which is the next size down, runs 24” but you lose the 16cc pumps the rogue and renegade have.
I looked into buying a Bad Boy, I'm just sceptic. Dealers doesn't seem to want to talk to me since I don't have a company, just a guy that wants a rider. Used mowers I've looked at, are over priced. Very interested in John Deere.

My exmark does the same thing at that wheel. I have to lift the deck some when I turn in some spots

Bad boy ended up making a extension kit because of that problem.

Your steering controls are adjustable, loosing the knobs and adjust the arms so it won't hit your leg. I have a 61 inch maverick and love it....
I've got the same problem with mine and I'm 5-10. The deck lock is awful it will release and hit your right leg

I run several bad boy mowers weekly. And we are constantly running into issues. Even brand new mowers are having break downs left and right.

bad boys come with nice hydros and engines but thats about the extent of it...made cheap imo
