      @Neurotic Arts nonsense, he approached these two guys to help him do business in UK and they did for 10 months and most money spent were by the guy who claimed 79%, but they decided to go to Dragons for help, but companies were separate one was in UK while another abroad because in the case of Dragons rejection they agreed to stay separate...and that is what happened...Dragons are stupid, they want fully operational and profitable business for almost no investment of money and time

    • @saulsavelis575
      @saulsavelis575 Pƙed 4 lety +16

      @Neurotic Arts 20% not 1% and they were talking about UK business which was evaluated 80% and 20% given to the guy who had 0% in UK, the another story is about the inventor's business abroad and those 2 guys had 0% in it...it was a fair deal since 2 guys were never into inventor's pocket abroad, but gave to the inventor 20% of their own business in UK...and that 79% guy said that if inventor agrees after the merging all three will have 1/3 each, so the inventor messed everything up

    • @Cervando

      @@saulsavelis575 I fail to see how the inventor needed them. The sales the other two made were negligible. I really do not understand why the guy had 79℅ of the combined business, let alone how he would accept 33% after a Dragon invested. Whilst he may have had a majority share in the UK sales business, the Inventor must be a total idiot to give away so much of his business to him after he had invented the product, set up manufacturing etc and sold them for several years. But they obviously have little value in terms of contacts to help get exposure or sales for the product. That 79%-1%-20% made literally no sense, based on performance, Brian is by far the most valuable of the trio. In that scenario, they could have forced him to sell his shares back to the company for less than fair market value. Boyle Budley There was no clear plan and it’s shocking to waste multi multi-millionaires time like this when you have that opportunity in your life to make a pitch to change your life for excellent things ahead. The merger should of happened before they come into the den if there was suppose to be one. Sorry if your mate is that inventor guy, but he was as bad as them two. This is teamwork and teamwork you need a plan to be successful in what you want to achieve!
      And what he said at the end on national tv shows he blames everyone but himself. Disgusting...

      Boyle Budley 3:53 is the big buggar up. It was the inventors fault and confused everyone else. It’s obvious the other lads wasn’t sure what to say after he said this because it’s out of their control. The inventor should of been the leader of a conversation of the plan of what to say... He didn’t do his job. He buggered it up literally

      David Farmer its all a joke and the inventor is at fault here. He had no plan for the numbers he’s presenting. If the inventor come in on his own and did a business pitch by himself, then it would of worked. Because he’s come in as a team he did not discuss with his teammates what is going to happen. The two guys needed a leader. He is the big guy in this and didn’t help at all the pitch, all he did was make it worse.
