Anyone can place a tip... there was even a case of murder by calling cops due to a webchat dispute... people would SWAT the victim, claming they kidnap someone. And because it is a serious crime its a DEATH and LIFE situation, police has to respond quickly. So FAKE calls started to show.... and an innocent man was killed. By someone that never left his seat behind a keyboard.

I’m a 38 year old artist, disabled veteran, ex cop with an educator for a wife, who has still never tried weed, if you say KC Beck is involved in narcotics, or kidnapping they are gonna survey and talk to me first.
They will ask around, I’m squeaky clean, and I’m too slow to run from the law, so I don’t break it.
I can tell you when you swear out a warrant they require the reasonable suspicion or probable cause, to even get the process started.

Not a certified Legal Expert here, but I imagine that kidnapping was added in order to make it easier to get the warrant signed by a judge.

Almost 12 years ago now, my house was raided by ICE because they thought my dad had illegal immigrants making computer parts in our basement (there wasn't).I won't get into it too much but I suffered a lot because of that and this song is really comforting to me that somebody famous has gone through something similar and is spreading the word. Thank you, Afroman.

Exactly. Roving, intrusive, infuriating searches and seizures were why the Founders wanted the 4th Amendment (though obviously not for everyone…).
