Thank you for introducing these driver's and letting us see our true heroes. It's amazing how much work it takes to do this. Best sport period.
Thank you for watching and commenting. Certainly a lot of work goes into drag racing in this class and level. I wanted to give a decent look into just how much it took.
There's never an "old" video 📸 when we can learn so much about a particular car class and a team winning a Wally! Naturally aspirated Mountain 🏔️ Motors, all the drive line work that goes into such an effort and a Team that let you record this episode makes more subs! Learned a lot, Thanks 🎙️☝️🏁 🇺🇸
Winner at Indy U.S. Nationals 2022! Congratulations.
There the best..FORD POWER TO THE FRONT..🏁🏆🥇
Kaase power!!!
Great video, thanks MMR! Mountain Motor PS class is the best. Make Hood Scoops Great Again!
Thanks for watching!
Congratulations to Johnny Pluchino and Pluchino Racing on their win. Strutmasters.com is proud to be partners with them.
Thanks Chip for all you do for racing🦾😎🇺🇸 thanks Strutmasters 🦾
Chip da man! If you get a chance man, you've got to see the facility one day.
Congrats to the team on the win! Man, a lot of hard work to get there.
Great day following the Pluchinos. It felt great to be connected to the winning team as well!
Monday morning racer is the bomb!!!! Your really doing a great job. I’m extremely impressed maybe one day I’ll be on here🤣 I’m a bit shy😘
Thanks man! Just trying to put stuff out for the hardcore fan that wants that insiders look. It's what I'd like to have. Yeah man, start up a channel or we'll do a MMR piece with you.
We finally got a reopen date for Ohio, at least for most entertainment. It's too late for Summit Motorsports Park though. They cancelled the rest of 2020.
That's good! I know, I hate it for Bader and team. That's such a great facility, arguably the best, and they know how to put on a show. I was definitely looking forward to getting back there.
@@MondayMorningRacer I usually hang out at National Trails because it's super close, but was really looking forward to crashing some stuff at Summit this year. Oh well. Gotta make the best of what we got!
I just want to go racing again already!!! Back to back in Indy is going to be fun next month!! Will you be there??
Dude, it has felt so good to be back at the track the past three weeks. Got nostalgia drags in, stock car racing in NC, and PDRA. I'm shooting out to Texas now for the ADRL.
Yes sir! It will be GOOD and Lord willing I'll be there.
I'm still not sure how excited the crew is donna feel about a check for 5 grand .....But then drag racings like go fast boats ..endless money pit...
Well, they were excited about winning period. Johnny had a great year going on and winning the championship in PDRA with an Indy win to boot in 1/4 mile trim. One thing to consider is the PDRA doesn't hit with a large entry fee and per person crew tag. If you think the 5,000 was sad, that year in NHRA they were paying $1,100 to enter and the winner only earned $3,000 plus a little Wally (this was a Covid year to note).
Do your self a favor and CZcams Jon Kasse putting his finger in a see through manifold to measure port velocity 🤣 I’m at the Strutmasters top fuel dragster shop in Pittsboro thanking god that I have Monday morning racer vids to watch
I'd love to do a shop tour at Kasse's and see what goes into building the mountain motors. Hey! Racing soon with nitro!
Stick shift ford yo the front. 👍
Off the clutch the way it ought to be (lol)!
Just finished putting mine together. Sbf 8.2 deck procharger with a liberty. 👍in a 64 comet
Way cool! Got any photos on Facebook or Instagram that you can drop a link to so we can see?!
Sorry got neither I can text you some

I love Prostock & Promodified BUT I can't get into 1/8th mile racing...SMH....I would jump on a plane in a heartbeat to go watch a PDRA event if it was 1/4mile but I tried watching ADRL twice & it was too depressing watching racecars throw the chutes at HALFTRACK on a full 1/4mile facility....Great video MMR .....cant wait to see these Mountain motor Prostocks run 1/4mile at a NHRA NATIONAL event.
I can understand those sentiments but I also am very greatful for the PDRA. Let's take this race for example, it's at Galot Motorsports Park which is an A+ facility. Here's the problem, it's not a 1/4 mile facility, period. It just doesn't have the runoff for these cars. So, the PDRA allows professional drag racing under such circumstances. Plus, it's a cost cutting measure to the teams. They hurt less parts. One other factor that I do like as well is that it puts the race in the drivers hands. You've got to cut a light. You've got to wheel in the groove. You don't have top end room to come around.
@@MondayMorningRacer I understand it's part of your job , I get that BUT I'm just speaking in terms from a spectators view....its just over too quick, I mean to quote a local racer from my hometown of Virginia he said " Man my motor just starts to GROWL at the 1/8th mile ".....lol...
I understand junior dragsters running 660ft & I get the whole deal with less carnage in the 1/8th BUT I just wish they would at least run 1/4mile when at 1/4mile facilities & only run 1/8th mile at 1/8th mile facilities like GALOT.Thanks for your coverage.
Looks like KAASE heads on the car. Chevy never made a hemi head. Oh, you did not hear the story? Since JK"s motors were dominating pro stock. The sanctioning body told JK if he didn't show the bowtie boys how to make the hemi heads. Anyone who used a Kaase engine would have to carry more weight, be penalized for use of his engines. So rather than loose that part of his business he acquiesced and passed on his hemi head design. I heard JK tell the story, all to true. So those bowtie guys are all running Ford heads.
Sunglasses, how stupid !!!!!!
Your comment is far more stupid in light of the context being about the Pluchinos and Extreme Pro Stock in the PDRA.
